The world just ended, a virus that made the death rise spread through the air and blood. The remaining humans fought hard to survive in this apocaliptic world, killing those zombies with resentment and hate. The dead people often wanders through desolated streets hunting for meat, and all racionality is gone in whatever brain they had left. 

But not every zombie that's hungry is a heartless monsters, Kyla is a living proof of it. Yeah, she would kill for a piece of meat because she had no eaten in months, and she smells like rotten tomatoes, but she at least tries to wash up a little. There's a few zombies that retain a little part of their personality, but the humans doesnt understand that, believing that everyone is the same.
