So uh, hi. I hope you’ve made it this far out of genuine interest rather than sardonic curiousity but - I’ll take all the views I can get, honestly. So stick around, grab a cup of tea, and let’s get down to business.

First and foremost, I’d like to prefix that I’m probably going to sound like an for the entirety of this advertisement so bear with me. (Or, don’t and just- uh- leave. Either works.)

Who? I intend to only hire people who are willing to stay dedicated to the roleplay and who will prove to be a valuable asset on the team. That said, although I would love for you to be able to bring ideas and resources to the table, I personally value the former more because I need people who actually possess the drive to help the roleplay stay alive as well as continue growing. I have no time to waste on people who will disappear at the first sign of a crisis, nor am I interested to hire people who are not ready to commit to this roleplay. If you do not think that you have the time and energy to invest in this roleplay, PLEASE DO NOT APPLY. Roleplaying is a wonderful hobby, to be practiced at your own time, your own pace, and largely for leisure. You are more than welcome to join as a regular member if you wish, and we will be more than glad to have you with us. But if you aren’t prepared to take on admin duties as well as go above and beyond them if need be, please do not apply as an admin here. Being an admin is a sizeable responsibility, and provides little to no room for half-assery.

In addition to that, I need role models. Admins who, themselves, are active roleplayers - meaning they are friendly and enthusiastic writers who can set the example for the rest of the roleplay! If we want a place that is active, it has to start with us, first and foremost, to deliver promises of an active home and practicing what we preach. I don’t mean that you have to be fantastic writers with impeccable grammar and hard-hitting prose, but I’d love to meet eager writers who want to write!

What? The roleplay will be a simple City AU Literate roleplay. It is set in a fictional city that hosts people from all walks of life, in a largely non-fictional world. All ualities are allowed and international faceclaims are more than welcomed. (I am contemplating on making this a revamp of a previously-existing City AU roleplay, if that’s any worth mentioning.) 

Where? The roleplay will be based on Facebook, and admin duties will span across Facebook as well as AsianFanfics where the thread will be posted and regularly updated.

When? The launch of this roleplay has not yet been decided, but will only happen when we are fully prepared to do so. As of now, a sturdy foundation has been set; what is needed to open a roleplay is more or less ready to be dispatched. All it will take now is to open discussion to new admins of any ideas you might want to contribute as well as for us to share with you our vision for the roleplay and how it will be run.

Why? I would like to try my hand once more in creating a space where roleplayers can practice their hobby in an accommodating community, form beneficial relationships with other roleplayers and develop their muses.
