Intro

Wooyoung and Jo Kwon see Nichkhun sitting alone at the table on the street as they walk up to him. Nichkhun look at them and then went back to eating.

“Man, knowing you for nearly almost two years and yet you still have that expression on you.” Said Wooyoung, “smile man.”

“Leave him alone, that’s just how he is.” Said Jo Kwon. “Ready for the night, Victoria is waiting for you.”

“Yeah, let me pay first.” Nichkhun went up to the lady and paid his meal before he leave.

The three of them ride their cars to the park near Han Rivers where a group of street dance and band perform their daily night. Victoria seeing Nichkhun walking to her, she quickly run to him and give him a hug.

“Hi guy, how is your school today?” Victoria asks.

“Normal.” Nichkhun respond coldly.

“You are so lucky to attend a new University with a scholarship that pays for half of you degree.” Said Victoria jealously.

“I’m not thrill, I don’t even know why he want to give it to me.” Said Nichkhun coldly.

“Be happy man, I have never seen a smile on your face since I met you.” Said Wooyoung.

Nichkhun ignored him and walks over to the stone rock by the tree and sat on it. Wooyoung and Jokwon ignored him and join the dance circle, Victoria went to sit next to Nichkhun as she watches the boys and girls show their move in the center. Chansung and Jaebeom, who happen to be in the area, walk by the noisy yet entertaining park as they see the crowded people gathering to walk something.  Jaebeom and Chansung seeing the some b-boy dancing in the center. Jaebeom cheerfully claps his hand as he watch the girls and boys dance in the center. Chansung notice a familiar face sitting on the stone.

Chansung tap on Jaebeom shoulder, “Isn’t he from our chorus and dancing classes?”  He said as he point at Nichkhun.

Jaebeom look over at where Chansung is pointing at, “Oh yeah, the loner boy. What is he doing here?”

After the dance was over, two of the boys from the center went over to Nichkhun and drag him to the center. They begin to dance to the next songs; Jaebeom and Chansung then know why Nichkhun was there at night. For the next three hours, the guys spend there times dancing one at time. Suddenly a group of gangs came to the park all high and drunk. The gangs push from one person to kicking another in the back of them. The group stop dancing after they see a few on the ground, one of the man in the gang push an old grandma who was in front to the side. Nichkhun quickly run to over to aid her, grandma on the ground cried in pain.

“Can you see an old lady ahead of you?” Nichkhun angrily shouted. “You could have just walk around her. It’s every body street, not just yours.” He glared at them.

“Hoohoohoo look at the young boys aiding the old lady.” Said Lead gang.

“He doesn’t even know who we are. And yet he dare to shouted at us.” Said gang 2.

Nichkhun went up to their face, “read my lips. I don’t give a fuck who you are, but at least respect your elder.” He said coldly.

Gang 3 push Nichkhun back, “Well then you better respect us first.” He yelled at Nichkhun.

“Fuck off.” Said Nichkhun before he punches the guy in the face.

Soon from an argument it turn into a fight. Wooyoung and Jo kwon grab a metal stick and ran to Nichkhun aids. Punching and kicking, Chansung quickly run over to help Nichkhun. Three of the gang’s guy ran off after seeing the guys crazily fighting with them. Morning comes and class start, Nichkhun did not attend his first class but he is present at his second class. In the chorus class, Professor Yoo was passing out lyric to their first performance. Nichkhun then walk into with bruise on his lip and a bandage on his neck, every body look at them. He went to the very back of the class and sat in the corner like usual.

“Yesterday he look handsome, today he definitely a bad boy.” Said Uee.

“The bruises does not look too good.” Said Sunye. “I heard he got in a fight on yesterday.”

Yoobin look Nichkhun sincerely, a close connection between them brought her to think of him. Professor Yoo notice Nichkhun bruises and cut, she continue with her class first before a private talk. At the end of class when student gather their stuff to leave, Professor Yoo went up to Nichkhun.

“I would like to have a words with you.” Said Professor Yoo.

“Sorry Ms. Yoo, I have nothing to say.” Said Nichkhun, walking away.

“Nichkhun stop there.” Said Professor Yoo.

Yoobin stop at the entrance as her heart drop when she heard Nichkhun being called in the room. Her long lost friend, the friend she misses all those years, she is able to see him again. Yoobin quickly look at Nichkhun with her surprising face as Nichkhun look at her confusedly.

“Nichkhun?” Yoobin whisper in shock.

“You came to class late today, I’m okay with it but attending class with bruises and cuts. That I cant except.” Said Professor Yoo. “I would like and explanation to what happen?”

“There is no explanation.” Said Nichkhun. “I have to go.”

“Yes there is, you don’t have class until an hour later. So I recommend you talk or else you can just stand here.” Said Professor Yoo, she walked up to him.

Nichkhun did not answer her. Jaebeom and Chansung seeing Nichkhun being punishes by Ms. Yoo, they quickly walk up to him.

“Did you get in a fight? Or one of those gang fights? Or it’s because you were caught doing something.” Ms. Yoo asked.

“Ms. Yoo, it’s a misunderstanding. Last night, he got in a fight because he was defending a grandma at Han Rivers.” Said Jaebeom.

“How do you know? What makes you so sure?” Ms. Yoo asked.

“We were there last night too. We walk pass Han River and see a crew of dancing young adult so we decided to join them. He was a part of it.” Said Chansung. “It was going good until a bunch of drug gang came up and start trouble.”

Ms. Yoo look at Nichkhun, “Is it really that hard to explain, you can just tell instead of misunderstanding.”

Nichkhun did not say a words and walk out of class, Yoobin watches him as he walk by pass her. She can’t believe it was him all this time, from a gentle boy to a fighting handsome man she sees in front of him.

“Yoobin, Yoobin.” Sunye called her name.

Nichkhun quickly stop as he heard Yoobin name at his present, but then walk away.

“Yoobin are you okay?” Uee asked.

“Huh?” Yoobin got her conscious back.

“We are asking if you are okay?” Sunye asked.

“You spaced out on us.” Said Uee. “What’s wrong?”

“The guy earlier, his name, his expression look the same as my old child friend.” Said Yoobin.

“Okay, I have no ideas what you are talking about.” Said Uee.

“I’ll just talk you girls later, I have to go somewhere.” Said Yoobin, walking off.

Yoobin went to look for Nichkhun in the building, from room to room he was nowhere found. She went to the to arcade room in the big lounge room where every student hang out during their break and studies. She spotted him sitting on top of the room on the upper level in the dark area. She walks up the stair and stood behind him who is sitting at the edge of the floor.

“Nich—Nichkhun oppa?” Yoobin shakes tone.

Nichkhun heart froze as he heard her voice again, is he dreaming or it is reality that she is here right by him.

“Nichkhun oppa.” Yoobin called his name again.

Nichkhun stand up and turn around to look at her.

“It’s me Yoobin, from 6 years ago. “ Said Yoobin, “Remember this bracelet you give me? I had it with me all the time.” She shows him the bracelet on her right wrist.

“Sorry Miss, I don’t know what you are talking about?” Nichkhun avoid her subjects. “I think you misunderstand me as your childhood friend.”

“No I didn’t. You are the Nichkhun I knew when we were little.” Said Yoobin. “If you weren’t the one then how would you know his was my childhood friend.” She looks in his eyes.

“You got the wrong person.” Said Nichkhun as he walks away from her.

“Nichkhun.” Yoobin grab him back.  “I know it is you.” She said softly. “Did you know how long I waited to see you again? Did you know how much I misses you?” Yoobin said sadly.  “I really misses you oppa.” Tears slowly flow down her eyes.

Nichkhun grip on to his fists tightly, and trying to fight his feeling back. Yoobin went up closer to her and embrace his back as she cries for him.

“Oppa, it have been six year since we last saw each other.” Said Yoobin.

Nichkhun stood froze as he listens to her words.

“I think about you every day, every time I look at the bracelet. Nichkhun oppa.” She said.

Nichkhun loosen her grip and turn his body to look at her, seeing the tears from her eyes. He wipe her tears away softly with his thumb, he touch her face softly.

“Don’t cry.” Nichkhun said softly. “I’m sorry but you got the wrong person. I’m no longer the Nichkhun you know anymore.” Nichkhun walks away from her.

Yoobin cover her mouth as she sober in tears as she watch him leave.

“Mianhe Yoobin.” Nichkhun whispers as he walks down the stairs.

“I know it you oppa. I know you are the one.” Said Yoobin in tears.

Yoobin walk back into the lounge to meet up with the girls, there she sees Nichkhun again in the corner, she look at him sadly while he ignore her as he look at the floor. Sunye and Uee wave at her to come and join them at the table as they watch the plasma TV on the wall. Jaebeom and Chansung then walks up to Nichkhun and sat in the same table at him.
