01 : it is essential to subscribe to this story, but upvoting is greatly appreciated.
02 : there are hiatuses...! a semi-hiatus will last for at least a week, and a hiatus will last for two weeks or more if requested to base. (dm or mention base if needed for a hiatus).
03 : this is really important, please refrain from talking in different languages other than english of course. this is only respect for others that do not understand what you are saying.
04 : # lovewins, but both idols must reach up to 500 tweets and as well as having to stay in reign for up to a week. this is for you to interact and make friends, instead of going on and looking for a lover right away. for engagements, you must be together for about 3 weeks but do not rush the marriage. pregnancies are not allowed. this rule is liberated from move-in couples. (dm or mention base if in a relationship, etc).
05 : please refrain from talking in ooc, but if needed use brackets.
06 : timeline is unrated, but we do not want sensitive or triggering topics to take place in tl. if anything, keep it to yourself or dm base your problem and save the trouble. oh, and please keep your nasty in the dms.
07 : ccs are unlimited but a tcc is a week, and a perm cc is forcever (you must wait for a week to cc again when perm ccing) + (mention or dm base if you want to cc).
08 : when you have joined you must reach 50 tweets in less than 24 hours, if not you will be uved. drowssap ; which country would you want to rule.
09 : if you do not tweet for about 2 days you will be uved, but understand that tweeting a little each day does not count as active.
10 : do not interact with strangers / outsiders, this is a closed rp.
11 : please keep reign a safe and welcoming environment by loving everyone and not just your partner or friend. we want newcomers to feel at home.
12 : we only allow kpop idols and ullzangs for now.
13 : one account per crown. (just one account please).
14 : facechasing and otp is not acceptable, we do not want any members excluded so if base sees suspicious activity you will be informed.
15 : please do not cause drama anywhere, especially on tl. we do not want anything to get problematic, and if so you will be striked. (if you go up to three strikes, you will be removed from the rp).
16 : refrain from using a lot of memes on tl.
17 : and the most important rule of them all, have fun and enjoy yourself!

01 : check the masterlist if your idol has already been taken, if you aren't sure who to be check "wishes" and see what our members have picked.
02 : when you have settled with an open kpop idol, reserve by commenting with name of idol, group, gmt, and password.
03 : once we have replied to your comment saying that your idol has been reserved, you will have 24 hours to make an account and mention base to be verified. be sure to clear your followings if you are recycling, and if needed an extension please tell us.
04 : your twitter account must have the username format @rgnname or @namergn in all lowercase, nothing else. make sure you add reign somewhere in your profile.
05 : follow everyone, and of course base.
06: when you have followed everyone, mention base a message and your country/password (this is just so we don't have to find you, and to verify you with a 'pun') when you are ready to join. [ @rgnbase ]
07: if you are not verified within 25 minutes, feel free to interact with the members.
08 : last but certainly not least, enjoy your stay.
