Park Jimin, for the 29 years he's been living and breathing, has never fallen in love.
Until she comes around.
The question is:
Will she be there to catch him when he's ready to take a leap?
Jimin always has the tendency to look at the dark side of things; one of those is romance. He thinks himself as a realistic which is why he has this kind of thoughts: In his set of mind, romantic feelings are only temporary; it doesn't and won't last. The attraction you feel in a person can wear off. You can fall out of love. Because that's just human beings are. We, humans, are creatures who easily got bored. And after we are bored with something/someone, whether we like or not, whether the opposite like it or not, we just stop. We will let go whatever we are disinterested in, forget about it in a short time, and move on to the next or new things. And at most cases with romantic feelings, that can lead to bring great pain to some who isn't ready to be let go. Because who in their right mind would be okay being treated that way? He sees enough due to his parents, friends, and even strangers on streets. That's why Jimin mostly steers clear from developing romantic feelings with someone. Why bother when, in the course of time, they'll fade.
I don't want you to love me because I'm good for you, because I say and do all the right things. Because I am everything you have been looking for.
I want to be the one you didn't see coming. The one who gets under your skin. Who makes you unsteady. Who makes you question everything you have ever believed about love. I want to be the one who makes you feel reckless and out of control; the one you are infuriatingly and inexplicably drawn to.
I don't want to be the one who tucks you into bed; I want to be the reason why you can't sleep at night.

The setting of place in this fic is completely a fictional nameless town based on my imagination, though it is still a town in South Korea. This fic is inspired from Lang Leav's quote and I interprete it to this story through my own interpretation. My main original character, Kim Dasom, is not Dasom from ex-girl group SISTAR.
This story was first started on the 10th of July. Initally had posted three chapters but decided to delete all of them due to feeling not satisfied with my writing. Am deeply apologized for posting half-baked chapters. Will re-write and come back, hopefully, with better writing.
I'm back with a new fic which is inspired by the above Lang Leav's quote from her poetry book.
My bad because I don't know which that one is from because I found it in her instgaram post. I don't purchase or read her poetry books.
From her creation, I came up with an idea and translate it to this story but through my own interpretation.
Some of you may interprete it differently and that's okay because everybody has different opinion. But I just don't want to see someone would comment that I'm wrong.
It's my idea and my perception. I see it as I like. And maybe you'll see that this fic doesn't really follow the poetry 100%.
And I don't really intend to. Actually, it's just that it's inspired me to build my characters in this fic.
Well, those are all I want you to know.
Hopefully that you, my fellow readers, could enjoy and follow this new story of mine;
the journey of our main charachters, Jimin and Dasom, to the end.
