“He’s going to be there.” Xavier said as I frowned “Xa. Remember the last time Grad party? He drunkenly came over and forced his lips on mine and shoved his tongue in my mouth, expecting me to enjoy it.” There was a pause as I had an irritated look on my face “stop forcing yourself to not laugh and it’s not funny for ’s sake!” I said angrily as Xavier’s laughter came “ok alright alright.” He wheezed before clearing his throat “He invited you. And he promised that he won’t drink.” I frowned “why do I have to be there though? He didn’t personally invite me.” Xavier sigh “so you want him back or are you just giving up?” Xavier asked as I sigh “I’m giving up. I’m pulling out of this. I don’t want this anymore.” Xavier nodded “ok. Fine. You give up. So for tonight, just go. Take it as a last time to love him. Swear you’ll give up on him tonight after seeing him for the last time.” I resigned “fine. I’ll go.” I can hear Xavier smiling at the end of the line “great. Pick you up at 7.” I frowned as I threw myself on my bed “am I ready to let Sehun go? But honestly… he’s the one.” My eye brows furrowed “he’s the one that I want to spend my whole life with and he’s the right one for me.” I sigh and closed my eyes as I turned to the side, the tears was just there as I quickly got up and decided to shower. I wore an off shoulder white dress with straps and a white sandals while I tied half of my hair and left the half hanging off my head as I frowned at my own reflection. “Time for a goodbye oh Sehun?” I smiled sadly as the horn below my house sounded and that was a cue for me to leave.

“You’re looking prettier each time.” I rolled my eyes “please Xavier. I’m always pretty.” I batted my eyelashes as he flicked my forehead and reached over as my breath hitch and he buckled the seatbelt over me as I looked at him, furrowing my eyebrows “why that face? Worried that I may do something?” He gave me a playful look as I rolled my eyes. “Worried that you were going to take advantage of me.” He frowned and was about to say something when I shut him up “but yeah yeah, you don’t swing my way. I get it. But why though?” I asked as he looked at me, confused as I continued “Why do you want to go to Sehun’s party?” Xavier jutted out his bottom lip as if deep in thought before replying “I have no idea actually. I mean.. he sort of begged me.. I felt quite bad.” I shuddered at the event that happened during grad party. From then, I probably decided to avoid clubs and Sehun altogether. Sehun won’t act like this even when he’s drunk but he probably took more than his limit of shots that leads him to do stupid thing that he probably feel guilty for.

“How’s your packing?” Xavier asked as I frowned “more or less about to be done.” Xavier sigh “you’re not going to stay? For real?” I smiled sadly “there’s nothing here for me Xavier. I have no point in staying.” I heard Xavier mutter “I was hoping that I could be the one that made you stay but it seemed like only Sehun can do it.” As I went “sorry what was that?” He looked away “nothing.” We arrived at a bar, it was high class and my dress felt out of place, like it was a lower class than the design of the bar. I wanted to back out when the door opened and Xavier stood there with his hand outstretched “too late for second thoughts Sae.” I sigh as I got out and took it before walking in and going to the lift and pressing basement. The design of the lift was a fluffy mat covering the floor and the inside were a glossy classic black in contrast to my white dress. When we reached the basement, it was full of music thumping and everybody was wearing dresses from elegant to skimpy and there were drinks everywhere, some were even dancing and I was about to get worried when I couldn’t see anyone when “there’s Sehun!” Xavier pulled me into a quieter corner and sat opposite from Sehun as we looked at each other as he smiled, his arms around Irene

“Irene, meet Xavier and Hanuel.” I bowed as she bowed back “Xavier and Hanuel, meet Irene.” There was awkwardness between us when Xavier cleared his throat “My pleasantries Irene. I heard your songs and you sing GREAT! Your Father must’ve been very proud.” I smiled nervously, she’s really gorgeous head to toe. She’s got the aura of a singer but she doesn’t seem like a snobby idol as she laughed, even her laughter sounds like a melody. “Oh my Xavier! You have such a sweet tongue! Which one of my songs do you like?” Xavier smiled and got up, I desperately wanted to keep him with me but he walked towards Irene “If you don’t mind, I would really like to get a drink. Why not we get a drink at the bar and talk?” Irene smiled and took his hand and followed him out, leaving me and Sehun as I awkwardly cleared my throat and looked around, taking in the interior design and looking anywhere that isn’t him.

“So how are you?” Sehun asked as I pressed my lips together tightly, wishing that I didn’t need to talk to him. “I’m fine. I’m actually packing up to leave.” I clamp my mouth shut, why the hell would I even tell him. It’s not like he actually cared. He chuckled “or so I heard.” I wanted to keep my thoughts to myself but my babbler mouth doesn’t want to shut the up “do you want me to stay?” I forced it to close as he looked at me before giving a sad smile “It doesn’t matter does it? You’ll still leave won’t you? I know I cause a lot of hurt and unhappiness towards you.” I frowned “Sehun. I’m not going to reminisce with you. I came because Xavier told me to.” Sehun sigh “You and Xavier are going on for how long?” I wouldn’t have been able to lie but I just can’t find it in me to not lie. “During graduation?” I said, simply. He sighed “were you using him to spite me?” I rolled my eyes “I don’t spite people Sehun. You’re moving on and I’m happy for you. I’m trying to move on, why can’t you be happy for me?” He sigh “it’s not like that. You know I don’t mean it that way..” I frowned, me and Sehun can’t have a decent conversation without feeling like we’re at each other’s throat.

“I came just to say goodbye Sehun… for the last time.” He looked at me “what are you saying goodbye to? Me? My love? Our love? Our memories?” He asked as I looked at him, hurt evident as Xavier and Irene came back and I looked away, same as Sehun. “I’m going to the bathroom.” Sehun said to Irene and smiled as he walked away and Xavier and Irene kept talking while I used my phone openly, about to call for a cab when I felt someone’s hands on my thighs and looked up to see Xavier looking at me intently “you going soon? Do you want me to drive? Are you not feeling well?” I smiled at his kind gesture “it’s fine Xavier. You’ve done enough. I said what I wanted to say already. It’s time for me to take my leave.” Xavier held my hand and gripped “you should wait for Sehun to come out and tell him. It’s rude.” I sigh, nodded. Suddenly the music stopped and everyone was looking at the front as I tilted my head, was there an accident when someone’s voice came out
