How to Join.
take a deep breath before immersing yourself into reading the rules. we promise the concept isn’t as complicated as it may seem. subscription to the thread is not obligatory, but appreciated. we are a semiliterate, private agency with an fl/oc concept, meaning everything about yourself must be original. keep in mind, you will be faceclaiming a person with real feelings, therefore we ask that you respect who you choose to be no matter how many times you switch fcs. there is absolutely no toleration of face/shipchasing someone for their faceclaim, gender, or anything of the sort. #lovewins, but remember, you are not allowed to faceclaim a minor and date someone who is not faceclaiming a minor. due to the fact that we consider ourselves to be a semiliterate directory, we ask that you keep the memes, emojis, and text talk to a minimum. our goal is for members to improve in writing and literacy, not to treat the atmosphere as if it were our personal freelance account. translation: ensorcel is deemed private because a) it’s only for those who really want to actually roleplay (not to fool around) and b) we are not accepting those who apply simply to be a part of what ensorcel has to offer just for fun. it is preferred that you have a trimmed link (exhibit a). with your chosen name that directs everyone to a personalized listography, however, this is not obligatory whatsoever (just having your name somewhere visible is sufficient). ensorcel must be in your location (type it however). there is a dating ban of one week, since we are a private directory of freelance accounts that will not be closing after a mere week or two. we ask that you limit ooc tweets (sh*tposting, basically) and try not to make them as obvious as they would be on your primary fl, because ensorcel was created to help people develop their writing (WE CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH) and NOT EVERYONE HAS ENGLISH AS THEIR FIRST LANGUAGE, SO PLEASE Don’t BASH OTHERS FOR THE WAY THEY SPEAK. DAD JOKES CAN BE REALLY ANNOYING, KEEP THEM OFF THE TIMELINE OR ON THE DOWN LOW (WE SHOULD NOT BE SEEING YOU DAD JOKE EVERY SINGLE minute). THOUGH THERE ARE MANY RESTRICTIONS DESPITE THE OPEN CONCEPT WE HAVE, ENSORCEL IS A HOME TO ALL THAT ALLOW IT TO BE.

be sure to check the masterlist to ensure you refrain from going by the same alias as someone else (do not use your primary fl alias). fill out the google form provided in the lower right box below (it takes approximately five minutes or less). once your information has been submitted, you must comment below with: (chosen alias) has submitted his/her/their application. wait for a reply, then feel free to set up your account within twenty-four hours once accepted. don’t worry about not being able to reserve your desired faceclaim (you may be whoever you like (ulzzangs included), whenever you choose (you do not have to ask to cc or inform base of your change of faceclaim), and yes, this means there can be others faceclaiming the same person as you, but please do not let this keep you from roleplaying with them. additionally, all of you are bound to have different personas which is reason enough to give duplicates a chance) all and any (sans the deceased, those under the age of fifteen and people who have requested not to be roleplayed: baek sumin, son hwamin, kim jisung/kiji) are allowed at any time. what you do need to inform the base of is alias/username changes and departures through dms only. all mentions will be ignored. please refrain from deleting your comment prior to acceptance, as it causes confusion. it is common courtesy to abide by the rules at all times, but don’t hesitate to dm base for inquiries and concerns. there is no specific format (set up your account as you would any other fl account) but your username must be in strictly lowercases only (no numbers, uppercases, explicitness or underscores). request to follow base, click the square to be redirected (your account must remain unlocked) and you will then be verified (follow all members afterwards).
