Chapter 7: Hi! If talking with a friend doesn't work, maybe going to a therapist will? Sometimes it's easier to talk to a stranger (who is knowledgeable). I also suffer from depression and anxiety, and what happened with Jonghyun (and the rest that followed) really did a number on my mental health. I stepped away from Twitter (where I find it most toxic) and limited my time on SNS. I still haven't found the inspiration to write again but at least I feel more stable now. I also do a lot of meditation, yoga, and clean eating. I actually believe that junk food and unhealthy food contributed to my worsening state of mind because my body wasn't feeling great. Anyway, I really hope you can get through this. It's not bad to seek professional help when you need it.
