Good Deeds Gone Bad

Description

"If you're mad and you want to break things, then by god, go raise hell and go break things." That's what the Bangtan Boys learned growing up, and it's exactly what they did. But this term was only exercised to a certain extent until someone came knocking on their doors with a troubling request.

Foreword

“All of these damn pests keep getting in my way.” A stained knife was tossed to the ground beside where a body laid. The man hovering above his evil doing made a twisted face looking upon his daughter’s lifeless body.

“Who knew she’d die so quickly?” He deadpanned with a grin. “Not much of a prodigy there.” The man with dark circles outlining his eyes turned away from his pitiful blood line, and walked over to where her cracked cellphone rested. He grunted when crouching down to pick it up, and was dissatisfied upon realizing that it no longer worked.

“Tsk. This will be a pain now.” The man rubbed his temples. “Shall I move on to child number two then?” His eyes looked up with a craze disorder swelling his sense of humanity.

The mother was barely dragging herself over to her child’s body while still in shock. Tears stained her pale skin and blood caked her black hair. And although she was painted with bruises and cuts, she didn’t dare stop her crawling until she reached her daughter.

“How d-dare you… she w-was your c-child… Do you hav- have no sympathy at all?”

The man rolled his eyes and scoffed with distaste at her words. “My child you say? Ha! No child of mine is that fragile.” The twisted expression he had now turned stone as he gazed upon his past lover who had finally reached their child’s lifeless body. “She couldn’t even do one simple task for her father?! How pathetic is that?!!”

The man blew the last remaining smoke from the cigarette between his fingers, and without remorse, tossed it over to where their bodies laid. “Had I been drunk the night I asserted myself with you? Otherwise, there is no possible way I could have associated with such a faint-hearted human such as yourself. Look what you caused us to make,” he shouted pointing at their daughter. “Is the sight not pitiful to you?!” His words spat out at her with fury.

Instead of flinching in fear, the mother looked upon the man with pity. “Yet you have no regard for others or yearn for others; No one loves you or holds you dear. Aren’t you the one that holds such a pitiful sight?”

The man gritted his teeth at the woman’s words. He had suddenly remembered why he grew to hate her so much. Her quick tongue always played tricks with his feelings. He had once found that mouth of hers seductive when they shared their first night together, but since then, it grew on his nerves. A half smile came to his face as he raised a pistol to the woman.

“Taeyeon sweetie, stop asking me so many questions. You know I hate confessing my truths.” He smiled at her disgusted gaze on him. “But we both know that I’ll continue doing those pitiful things because of what you did. It’s your fault that I’m going to kill you, and everyone you love. Remember that.”

The sound of a gun echoed throughout the night of a late July day while a man disappeared among the shadow’s of the rising morning sun. He wouldn’t be seen again until he found what he was looking for… And when that would be? Who knows for sure.
