 Her arms were splayed out to the sides, an attempt to balance her weight as she stepped along the side of the street.
"You're gonna fall anyway."
"I mean that's obvious, she's terrible at focusing and it's too dark for her to even see where she's going."
"Hayoon, you're going to Ha-fall!" crooned a particularly small boy before he launched into a fit of giggles.
"Myungjun, what the ."
"I agree with Dongmin." one of the taller boys proclaimed, "That wasn't your best."
A scoff was heard from beside him. "Yeah? When is does he ever make good jokes?"
"He makes good jokes occasionally." piped up one of the girls.
"Yeah! She's right! I do make good jokes occasionally."
"She? Do you even know who you're talking to right now?"
"Uh, well, no." Myungjun squeaked the last word, but whether it was out of chagrin or because one of the boys had tackled him into a stranger's lawn, no one could tell.
But in the instance Myungjun was pushed into the lawn, his leg knocked into Hayoon's, breaking her balance and propelling her face-first onto the lawn along with them. And in that heart-stopping moment, the boys froze, the gleam of anger reflecting in Hayoon's expression, making them stop in their tracks.
"Run?" suggested Moonbin in a squeamish voice. Before long, the boys sprinted down the dark street, shrieking in laughter as their angry midget friend screamed swear words loud enough to wake up the entire neighborhood.

hey there! my name's shan, and i've been away from the applyfic community for quite some time! however, now that school's over, i'm here to make my comeback ^^; this is my first applyfic in a long long time, so please look forward to it!
the story will revolve around a group of 12 kids, 6 guys and 6 girls, after their last year in high school together. essentially, they will be seperating and this is just a slice of life fic based on their antics throughout the summer as they get ready to say goodbye to each other (forever) ಥ_ಥ
there will be a tad bit of romance, but the story will focus majorly on their frienship and individual development before they enter the *dun dun dUN* adult world
WARNINGS: underage drinking, lots of swearing, lame puns, pettiness, and possibly a few tearjerkers
