There's a rare race of people known as the "Holders". They're known for carrying powers that are able to control the elements of earth.
I am part of this race. Because of my elemental ground Ability, I was captured and locked up in an experimental facility for a power that I never truly wanted. I'm stuck in a white-washed room until the day comes where I die on my captors' experiment table. I've accepted my fate and want nothing more than for that day to come so I can be free of their torture.
Until, that is, a rebel group makes an appearance and demands for their fellow Ability Holders to be released. I thought getting out of that prison would be the end of my problems, and I'd be able to live in peace.
But just like with everything else, I was wrong. So, so wrong.
