When a freak explosion from a nearby science lab takes place, Kwon Jiyong, a notorious gang leader with a unnaturally strong sense of Justice finds himself bestowed superpowers of speed, making him literally the fastest man alive. And the first thing he does? He uses it to chase the girl he has been stalking for months, who just so happens to be the hot scientist sans doctor at the facility that had caused the explosion.
