[Epilogue]
Jimin's P.O.V

"J-Jimin, what do I do?" She was shivering again. I tightened my grip around her body.

"I k-killed someone and I-" she cried again. I pat her on the back reassuring her like I usually do. I said nothing but took her into my embrace as her shiver worsened.

"Is this how it will end?" She asked and I nodded.

"Is this where we'll part ways again?" She asked again as her body weakened in my hand.

"Practically, yes." The words come out as a small whisper. I don't dare to talk any louder. It'll show more of my true feelings.

We kept silent as her consciousness started to drift away. Her eyes flutter, her breath softened. We spend bout 10 minutes staring into each other's orbs. We took in everything that happened at that moment. Her lips curved into a small smile.

Everytime Erin found out about her past, this will happen. Yes, this was not the first time this happened. She will collapse as she remembered the feeling she hold to everything that happened. She was told not to love as it weakens her system, but she have longed for her family from the very start.

Those three old men did her and her family dirty. They left a deep scar in a fragile girl's heart. Being too derived with her feelings of love, she pushed her body to its limits. It hurts me every time it happened.

With her new-found abilities, do expect that she had something going on with the old men so that they wouldn't rat her out. She made sure to make a life-threatening threats before her system went all blank again.

Imagine, almost every time she regain her memories, she would make her way to their mansion and leave a message at their doorway. It seems that it didn't happen this time.

To keep her alive and stay by my side, I'll use all the cables she left at this warehouse and reset her memories. I even went to the point where I removed her good memories with her family. I didn't want her to keep on suffering but, I know. The more I reset her system, the weaker she gets.

Before her eyes were closed, she took my hands in hers. She gave me signal to lean closer to her. I leaned myself closer to her giving her access to whisper to me.

"Before we go back to where you want me to start, I want to tell you something." Her voice were laced with pain. It was visible that she will be unconcious in any second.

"Spill it" I said as I caressed her hair with care.

"I love you." said Erin as she gave me an eye smile.

"What? I thought-"

"I love you, Park Jimin. We wouldn't have to go through this again if I were not to fall in love with-" She said and slowly closing her eyes.

"- you." She ended her words with a huff and went fully unconcious. I clenched my fist in disbelief. This was the first time I heard of this.

Now, can anyone tell me how could I even move on?

Oh, well. It was no use anyway.  I would have wanted to stay by her side untill the day we grow old together.  Call me anything, crazy, obsessed freak, stupid. Just do what you want because I will still proceed on doing what I want. Loving her until the day I die.

Even when I know she would not love me or more like she could not love me, I will never give up to be with her.  Even if that makes me repeat this memory erasing process over and over again.  I am madly in love with a half-android girl.

Now, that I know her feelings, my world shattered. I knew very well what this will lead us to. A permanent separation.  It is wether I leave her or her system will get corrupted every time she recollect all the memories from before the resetting of her system.

Imagine clicking on the button reset but the virus that was always there ruined everything more.  Her mind was a mess. The trigger to her past memories was the picture of her parents.  A part of me wanted to remove all of her memories since birth but, half of me wanted her to be reminded of our precious times when we were kids.

I lifted her body and brought her to the small room. Setting up the wires this time was not as complicated as the first time I did this. However, my hand worked slowly. Everything felt heavy. Tears were threatening to drop from my eyes. I choked a sob and continued my work.

When everything was connected, I went to the super computer and did my work.  While the system was processing, I reached my phone and dialed a number.

"Hey, Jungkook! How are you doing man?" 

"How am I doing? Are you serious? You have been ignoring my messages!" Jungkook said with a grunt.  His voice were a bit hoarse.

"Ah, I was just busy.  You know what I was up to right?" Jimin said as he scratched the back of his head.

"Yeah, but really? Do you need to do this?" Jungkook said before yawning loudly.

"It is a responsibility from the special unit." Jimin said with his monotonous voice.

"Isn't it too much? You're just a normal citizen. What will happen when the bad guy attack you? Are you insane? Ah, there's no use talking to you. You're stubborn as hell."

Jungkook went silent a moment before saying, "Do you know that she was getting more attention these days? "

"I know. That's why I called you." Jimin said making Jungkook lifted his left eyebrow in confusion.

"I need you to take care of her.  I'll pay. The number is no joke.  You could finally compensate the money your family lost to that disaster.". Jimin said trying to lure his friend with money. Jungkook was his only hope.  Even though he knew what he was doing sounds very low, he didn't care as long as he knows Erin would be safe.

"Ah, if I declined you would do anything to make me do it, right?" Jungkook said accompanied by silence for a short while.

"Alright, alright. Just make sure the money arrives on time. Tell me anything that'll help me with helping her."  said Jungkook before Jimin kissed his phone screen that might be covered with millio
