We are a newly opened apartment in town, where people from all walks of life are welcomed to stay! Regardless of your nationality, age and religion, we will take you in! This apartment is close to a couple of convenience stores, a large shopping mall, as well as multiple fast-food and non-fast food restaurants! Rooms available are big enough to house plenty of visitors so if you enjoy parties, you can invite all of your friends to your room and perhaps even invite your neighbors too! Of course, what's an apartment without facilities to enjoy?

001. Be respectful towards all residents and don't do selective replies! Racial slurs, name-calling, triggering themes and discrimination will not be tolerated!

002. One account per head! Give others a chance to be who they wish to be!

003. Inactivity for 2 days will result in a kick-out! You need not reach a certain amount of tweets to be considered safe, however if we do not hear anything from you 1 day after your arrival, you will get kicked out!

004. Love whoever you want! You can fall in love at any time, but if you wish to be added into our list, both you and your partner has to be a resident for at least 5 days with a minimum tweet count of 300! This does not apply to move-in couples! P/W: Tell us a joke!

005. Timeline is unrated but that doesn't mean you have the rights to curse and swear in every tweet! If anything inappropriate (doing the do, retweeting the nasties, tweeting the nasties etc.) is found floating on the timeline, we'll give you a warning!

006. We allow character changes, as well as temporary character changes! However, you are to wait for at least 3 days before your next character change/temporary character change!

007. Semi-hiatuses last for a maximum of 2 weeks while hiatuses last for a maximum of 3 weeks! If you wish to take either, inform us through d/m! Note: If you wish to leave, please tell us through d/m too!

008. If you wish to be roommates with anyone, you may request to do so in your comment! Tell us which room you'd like to stay in and before verifying you, we will inform you if the person has given their consent to share the room with you! For those wanting to stay in the same room as your s/o, do state it in your comment too!

009. The 'How to Join' section is rather short and sweet! Leave a comment in the format you see at the bottom of this section! Username format is 'crl(name)' or '(name)crl', using either initials or actual names, all in lowercase. In case any of you get confused, the '(name)' is your muse's real name or initials.

010. Before mentioning us, have 'cerulean' somewhere in your bio, as well as your occupation! (e.g. student majoring in film studies, barista at Starbucks etc.) Upon verification, add your confirmed room number in, too! Go ahead and add whatever you wish into your bio!
