Oh, Monday rush. Jessica is running later for work because of oversleeping. Well, it’s the first time this happened so it’s totally okay. She was able to sleep peacefully this past days since the night she told Yoona about everything. It feels freeing and refreshing.

And yes, she was late by 15 minutes. She went up to her area, immediately check her laptop and got ready in her daily hustle.

Tiffany just came out of the meeting room. She was quite chuckling when she how Jessica looks panicking right now “Good morning, you.” She flashes her ever precious eye-smile to her hoobae.

Jessica looked up and saw this eye-smiling sunbae of hers in front of her. Sucha nice smile to start a Monday. Oh wait. Why did I think of that.

She smiled and greeted Tiffany, “Good morning, Tiff. I am so-“

“No need to say sorry. Meeting was cancelled today.” Tiffany says as she walked passed to Jessica to her desk. That was a relief for Jessica. She smiled and thank God the meeting was cancelled. She was about to grab her coffee mug but she was surprised there was something black sticky note stick to it.

 “Good morning, beautiful. Smile more today. It gives me strength. J” It says written on a white pen.

Jessica was dumbfounded. What is this kind of a joke? Who would definitely do this in an office, right? She looked around the office and think of the possible culprit who did this. But then again, their office is almost men with a family already. She thought maybe it was from other department but she doesn’t even know someone from any department aside from theirs. She shrugged it off just took out the sticky note and went to their pantry.

She needs coffee, today is a long day work again. After making coffee, she went near to the window and just stared blankly in the view. It was not a moment later before someone spoke.

“You okay there?”

Jessica looked at her in confusion but smiled as she know this girl is from their department but she never got the chance to talk to her since they were not on the same project.

“Uh, yeah.” A small smile formed on her lips.

The girl went near Jessica. She was also holding a cup of coffee. Jessica thinks maybe this girl’s booster is coffee too.

“Cheers?” the girl said as she motioned her hand with a cup of coffee to Jessica and Jessica complied.

“I’m Kim Taeyeon, by the way. I know you don’t know me.” Taeyeon said as she laughed at her last comment.

Jessica just smiled what the girl said was true, even if they met almost every day she isn’t very good with names and faces.

“I’m Je-“

“Jessica Jung. I know. Oh but hey, I got to go I have a meeting. Smile more, Jessica!” said as Taeyeon dashes off the pantry.

Jessica was smiling while she was walking back to her area and Tiffany was confused as to why.

Once Jessica was settled on her seat, Tiffany instantly teases her “So did you found out whoever did this?” Tiffany says as she took the sticky note from Jessica’s desk.

Jessica just rolled her eyes off from Tiffany’s teasing.

She’s thinking maybe Jessica have slightest hint that it was her.

Just when she was about to say something, Taeyeon came up and started talking to Jessica.

“Hi, you! You’re smiling! That’s cutely great!”

The blonde just laughed at Taeyeon’s crazy energetic remarks. Tiffany was left confused. Since when did this two started talking to each other? How did Jessica manage to talk to Taeyeon? Or vice versa. Whatever it is, she’s upset with it.

Just when Jessica and Taeyeon ended their mini chitchat. The blonde turned to her sunbae and saw that Tiffany was furiously typing something on her phone while her face is all nothing but mad.

Tiffany did not talked to Jessica afterwards. She cannot concentrate on her work anymore. She’s waiting for Sunny to answer if Jessica is in a relationship right now or whatsoever. She thinks that if people started to notice Jessica and hit on her but she’s still in a relationship, they wouldn’t have the chance on Jessica also. But it’s including her! And if Jessica is not in a relationship anymore, she swears to God she will shoo everyone including that midget Taeyeon.

“T-tiff, are you okay?” Jessica nervously asked Tiffany as she saw her sunbae glaring somewhere.

Her face light up when she heard Jessica’s voice, “I.. Uhh, yeah. I just.. My stomach feels sick.”

“Jinja? I have a medicine here.” Jessica looked at her with concern. Tiffany told her that she is not taking any medicine whenever her stomach feels sick. But when Jessica handed her a pink medicine, Tiffany immediately took it

“Oh, it’s pink!!!!”

Aigoo. This pink monster.

Tiffany received a text soon from Sunny and she couldn‘t believe what she had read. She literally jumped from her seat and which Jessica and the entire department gave her a questioning look.

“Sunbae, are you really okay?”

“Ne!” Tiffany exclaimed as she went out of their office to celebrate a little. She needs a little air now. She couldn’t hide her excitement and she’s thinking all of the things she would be able to do just to get Jessica.

On how did Sunny managed to ask Jessica’s sister, that she don’t know. But she don’t care about that anymore. She’s literally overjoyed and she couldn’t keep her smiling from it while walking towards Jessica.

“Hoobae, lunch?”

What is this thing… One moment she’s glaring the next she’s smiling like a ten year old that wants something from their parent. Jessica couldn’t even answer as she was really concern about Tiffany. Without her answering, Tiffany just grabbed her hand and headed outside.

“Jessi! ~~ What do you want?” Tiffany asked Jessica with her aegyo voice while the latter is just staring at her.

“Tiff, are you really okay? You must be out of your mind. A while ago, you’re glaring like you want to kill someone. Then you jumped from your seat! Without any reason! Then you came back smiling like a fool! Then now you’re acting cutely weird!!!” Jessica said as she had enough of it. It’s clearly scaring her. She swears she don’t want to see Tiffany like that ever again.

On the other side, Tiffany couldn’t stopped laughing from Jessica’s remarks. Her hoobae clearly have seen every emotion she had since morning and she was happy about it. She thinks that Jessica is noticing her in that serious way and it gave Tiffany as slight hope that this will be good.

“And now you’re laughing like crazy!” Tiffany stopped laughing as Jessica hit the table with her hand that made the people around them stare at their spot.

“Did you just say I’m cutely weird?” a smirking Tiffany made Jessica blushed and stuttered “W..wae? It’s the truth!”

“I always like it when you say the truth.” And that left Jessica speechless. Why is her cheeks burning like this? Why is she flustered?

“Hey, are you free later? You want to visit our friend?”

“Uhh, you mean the rooftop? Yeah, sure.”
