Running down the hallway, a teenage boy tried to get away from the man chasing him. He ran to the end of the hallway and came across a door.

"You can run, but you can't hide," He heard the man say throughout the manor followed by a wicked laugh. "Come out, come out, whereever you are~."

Taking no chances, the boy went through the door and up the staircase behind it. He ran and nearly tripped a couple of times, but got back up knowing that that man was still behind him. When he reached the top, there was another door, which he opened and ended up on the roof. 

“Great. Now what do I do?” The boy said to himself. Then he heard footsteps coming from the behind to door and looked for a place to hide. But it was too late. The door opened and the man came out with a grin that would even make the Joker from Batman scared. The boy stepped back as the man stepped forward. 

“Why? Why did you—“ 

“Kill your friends?” the man finished the boy’s question. He chuckled and answered, “Because it was exciting to hear your friends scream for mercy as I ripped them apart. Just like what I am about to do to you.”

“You’re sick, you know that?” the boy said. He began to step forward to face the man. Soon the two were face to face and the man said, “Oh, dear Simon. You are by far the bravest out of you’re friends.” 

“Bite me!” said the boy before he lunged at the man and the two began to have a brawl. “This is for my friends!” 

“Hahaha! Your friends are dead! There is nothing you can do!” said the man. By this time, the two were near the edge of the roof. “I hope you will never get a second chance in life!” the boy yelled at the top of his lungs and ran right into the man, pushing both of them over the edge and fell to their deaths.

MUST READ AUTHOR'S NOTE!

I wrote this story four years ago for a literature class for Halloween :P I based it on EXO but used different names when I wrote it. However, I changed the names to EXO's names and don't know if this story was any good. I happened upon the story as I was looking through my dinosaur of a computer (my old one) and read it. I must say I have no idea what was I thinking about writing this for literature class O.o 

I don't know if the story will be to your liking so...... enjoy? heehee  ┐(´д｀)┌

This is supposed to be a horror/spooky story, but to me I think it's neither.
