1. "What do you guys do?"
Posters, chapter posters, scene illustrations... anything that's not pixel art.

All requests are FREE unless you're doing bulk requests (read menu to find out more about it). The reason is because we want to maintain our workload.
3. "How long do I have to wait for my stuff?"
At least a week after we have accepted your requests.
4. "My story is on draft, will you accept it?"
If you're publishing it within a week, yes.
5. "I don't like the design! Can you re-do it?"
No redos unless we've made a mistake on the details (e.g: My character's hair is red but you made her blonde.)
6. "The character on the poster doesn't look like XXX at all?"
I'm only human, not a photocopy machine or a camera.
7. "Eonni! I want to submit a request but I've already requested another shop!"
Well idk about you. Fix your before coming to me then.
8. "I requested! When will you do it for me?"
When everything's processed (payment for bulk-requestors), we'll start working.
9. "Is it possible to jump queue?"
Everything's on a first-come-first-serve basis. No priority passes are given even if you give me your entire kp fortune. UNLESS, any of us feel like doing yours first.
10. "Can I request for a custom font?"
Unfortunately, no. We're not good at it :')
11. "I have received a reply from you saying that the password is incorrect."
The password changes monthly (1st day of the month), so keep an eye on it ;)
