Chapter 12: It's Her

Jiyeon's POV:

I set up a table for him and he came in with his books. He was doing math, and it took him a while to figure out one question. I watched him struggle.

Jiyeon: Do you ....need any help?

Minwoo: No, thanks.

I turned around and finished up my last question for English. I closed my books, sat on my bed and went on my laptop.

Minwoo: How do you do this question?

I walked over to his little table. The question was:

[6+3]x5-3+9

Jiyeon: Well, what do you do first?

Minwoo: 6+3

Jiyeon: Yea, and that is..

Minwoo: 9

Jiyeon: And then what do you do after?

Minwoo: 9x5 which equals.....45.

He used his hands to do that. I laughed at him but I quickly went back into focus.

Jiyeon:What's next?

Minwoo: 45-3=42

Jiyeon: And then?

Minwoo:42+9=51

Jiyeon: Yup.

Minwoo: Whoa you're smart.

Jiyeon: I'm not smart, your just....

I paused when I realized I was gonna call the kingka "stupid." 

Minwoo: I know I'm not very smart.

Jiyeon: Then why were you so confident at the enligh competition?

Minwoo: I'm a kingka, I'm supposed to be confident.

Jiyeon: Being over confident isn't good you know...

Minwoo: yeah....

I went back to my computer.

Minwoo's POV:

Jiyeon helped me finish my last math question. Now I can move on to science. I looked at the picture on her desk. That picture looks familiar...

It turned out to be the same one I have onmy desk. The one when Jiyeon(My bestfriend) and I sit at the top of the slide. Why dose she have that picture?

Minwoo: Uh. Jiyeon. How come you have that picture?

Jiyeon: Oh the one on my desk? That was a picture of me and my bestfriend from elementary. That was before I moved to the states.

Minwoo: What's your friends name?

Jiyeon: Strangely, his name was Minwoo, but I don't know his last name. 

Maybe Jiyeon really is my bestfriend. She even has the bracelet, which I decided to ask her about.

Minwoo: And...the bracelet?

Jiyeon: It was given to me by that guy in the picture.

It's her. AISH I feel so embarrassed. I was so rude to her at school, i can't tell her now... I'll just keep my attitude...It's the best way right now...

Minwoo: Oh ok. What do you remember about him?

Jiyeon: I can't remember much, I couldn't even remember his name until my mom corrected me.

Did she really forget our good memories? They're gone JUST LIKE THAT?

Minwoo: Oh ok.

We stayed quiet for the rest of the night. We had dinner made by Jiyeon's mom, and I finished my homework at around 8:30. I went back to my room. I'm such an idiot. I should've known. It was so obvious too, that she was my bestfriend Kim Jiyeon.  What will I do now? It's gonna be so awkward because she dosen't know I'm in that picture! And I am soo not telling her because she's gonna hate me for being mean to her...

AISH I'm loosing both ways! Why is this so hard? And whats even weirder is that I still have feelings for my bestfriend, but I didn't know the Kim Jiyeon in my class was my bestfriend from elementary...

AIYA WHAT DO I DO???

Jiyeon saw me raging in my room. She stood there, frozen in the hallway.

Jiyeon: Is.....something.....wrong?

Minwoo: Uh...no, everything's fine.

Jiyeon: Ok..If you need anything just ask...

Minwoo: Ok. *smiles*

She walked away. That was close. I just embarrassed myself infront of her I LOOK LIKE A TOTAL IDIOT! You see what love dose to me? I'm freaking out! I'm just gonna go to sleep and hope my rage fades by tomorrow morning.
