Jungkook, being the CEO of an assassination company at a very young age never forgives nor forgets the people who betrayed and left him to be the state he is in now. He doesn't care anything in the world anymore except money. He doesn't believe in love. He thinks it's stupid that people die so much just for love. Instead his focus is only on money. 

Money can do anything that love cannot do, according to Jungkook. That's why he was sure that even when Jin, whom he admired and loved the most in the past came into the picture in the present, he was not going to forgive. He was not going to let his feelings get involved when he is doing his work. At least, not this time...
