Years after the Pacific Rim era, the kaijus are back - the breach blown up then was a bridge to just one of the colony worlds. Genetically modified monstrosities from another colony world, the new kaijus and their masters have opened another breach under the Pacific and made it infiltration-proof.

The war clock has been reset. This is the fight between the next generation jaegers and kaijus.

A/N: So I saw this prompt/request like ages ago, and I'm not sure if somebody officially did a Pacific Rim AU fanfic for EunHae... this here is my attempt at that, and at mecha... and had to do a crash course of the Pacific Rim universe, which I'd most likely wrangle to fit this AU... ahhh, the joys of AU :P
