Summary: After a catastrophic nuclear disaster wipes off half of the Exodus population and gifts the survivals with powers to control the forces of nature, the citizens split into two groups – the ones aiming for power and control, and the other fighting them. The west sector of the EFUP, lead by Kim Joonmyun, is now faced with their greatest threat as an arsonist called Phoenix threatens to burn the city to the ground.
