THE BEGINNING...
Calling all female college students! There is now eleven, and up to twelve available spaces at the home of the address of Daehan-minguk, Seoul-teukbyeolsi, Sajik-ro-3-gil, 30174 in one spacious, beautiful home! With six total bedrooms and seven and a half bathrooms, it's size is nearly unheard of in this city! Not to mention a garage that can fit four cars, though one space is already taken. Convieniently, it is located close to many universities and community colleges in Seoul. If you're reading this in the street, it's definitely close to your college.
It is also close to a Starbucks, two lovely non-chain coffee shops, a McDonalds, a sandwich shop, three convience stores, a tteokbokki shop, and many grocery stores. There is a great mall only ten minutes away on foot that can surely fufill all of your needs!
As it's completely paid off and owned by my parents, the only payments the women need to worry about are all types of bills, groceries, and joint toiletries, but with twelve or thirteen of us in total, your payment certainly won't be too much. There are a few rules that come along with the home, though!
