"Are you ever going to show me your face?!" Aa-reum yelled frustrated staring at the person in front of her, as usual, he didn't utter a sound and continued to look at her. "After all that's happened, after all the time we'd been together and after taking my first kiss you still can't even show me your damn face!"

Even if she couldn't see through his helmet she knew he was listening. "You know what forget it. Don't come near me anymore and just don't bother with me" she said turning around but before she could walk away he grabbed her wrist.

Facing him with her brows cross she tried to shake her wrist free but to no avail, as he tightened his grip holding her firmly making sure she didn't leave.

"Let. Me. Go" she gritted through her teeth quite furious with him.

"Can't you just trust me for once?!" Aa-reum froze upon hearing him shout, she had never heard him speak before, her eyes had widened after hearing his muffled but surprisingly familiar deep voice.

"Can't you trust that there's a reason why I never take this helmet off around you? Can't you trust that I'm doing this to protect you?" he asked.

"Can't you tell me the reason why?" she asked back.

His helmet faced downwards to the ground "My identity... is dangerous. There are people who... I can't say who or what they are but, if they found me near you, you'd be in danger"

Aa-reum took a step closer to him "Is that the only reason?" she asked softly.

He turned to look at her paused before continuing "I'm afraid that you'll hate me after you find out who I am"

She smiled kindly "You saved my life, how could I ever hate you?"

He stared at her for a moment longer before letting out an audible exhale, releasing his grip on her hand he brought both large hands of his to his helmet. Everything happened in slow-motion as he lifted it off his head, the first Aa-reum saw was a chin then a pair of plump pink lips that kissed her before, then a nose and finally his eyes and hair. As his eyes opened she saw that they were a very dark brown, his brows were thick and his hair was sky blue.

Her mind registering who he was made her step back as she brought a hand to cover it, staring at him with eyes wide in fear.

Seunghyun saw her expression and was saddened that she looked at him like that "The face you're making when you look at me now" he said to her seeing her take more steps back "Was what I was most afraid of" he finished and watched as she ran from him.
