Tearing (a one-shot thing)

Description

Some things you tell yourself so frequently and with so much despiration that they eventually become the truth.

Standing there under some balcony in the middle of the heavy rain, she felt very hollow. To Innah, the truth she had told herself over and over again was nothing more than basic fact by now. And yet, the world seemed to want to prove her wrong. Because right in front of her stood the very epitome of what had originally started the truth from forming. With his broad shoulders, pitch black hair and a worn leather breif-case by his feet, Lay was now staring at her as if he'd seen a ghost - or the jackpot, she could never be sure with him.

And now he was reminding her why that truth was so very important to hold on to.

Innah had left because she couldn't stand seeing him so happy.

Foreword

Author's note

Truthfully, I don't really know what this is. If anything, it's the end product of to much stress from school and staying up way to late in the night, trying to get rid of some of that  said stress.

It's the very first thing I post onto this website, and right now, I'm writing out into the void without the knowledge that anyone will actually read it.

If you do happen to stumble upon this little thing, you're more than welcome to give your thoughts and talk to me.

Hope you enjoy it.
