Description
Sometimes our sweetest dreams and worst nightmares feel like the reality. But what if our dreams really become the reality? Min Dami has always known she is a little bit different. For others, she is your average university student who struggles with her part time job and schoolwork and tries to withstand her endlessly fighting parents. But she has a gift, or a curse – she meets people in her dreams, people she might or might not meet in the future. There is one particular person she’s been meeting for the last three years. Dami is proud of her “gift”, but sometimes it gives her more trouble than benefit. One time she falls asleep and as she wakes up, in a whole different world – turns out, telling the dream and the reality apart isn’t as easy as it seems.
Foreword
The title of this story, Parallel Lives, is actually coincidentally the same as Plutarch’s series of biographies of famous Greek and Roman men. At first I thought I had to change the story’s name but then again, I thought the idea was quite funny. This one is about parallel worlds, the ancient book is about ancient famous men who did the same kind of deeds in their lifetime but in different regions. That’s why I kept the name.
I think most of the people who might recognize my name know me from the Astro fanfics I’ve written but I thought I’d write about a different group this time. I choose Seventeen since their comeback happened a couple of weeks ago. They’re also one of my favourite groups.
