I have received SO MANY requests to write a Surene fic over the past year (yes, yes, the Kaistal is coming... I haven’t forgotten about you guys!), so I’m finally answering the call with this, a Kim Joonmyeon x Bae Joohyun fanfiction entitled ‘Amour de ma vie.’

The title is French and can be translated as the love of my life, and was inspired by Irene’s ‘Russian Roulette’ image teaser in which she wears a Gucci shirt that reads l’aveugle par amour (blinded by love). 

The French language really reminds me of Surene; it’s very complex yet quite simple, beautiful and mysterious, superbly romantic and reminiscent of sweet things like coffee dates, layers of comfortable clothing, and shy caresses.  Ahhhh, Suho is such a gentleman and Irene a winter princess... ‘tis a match made in heaven.
