Yoo Hana is an ordinary high school students who happens to go to the same school as the Crown Prince, Oh Sehun, of Korea. Sehun's Grandfather, the late Emperor of Korea, was best friends with Hana's Grandfather and to honour their friendship, the King had commanded that Hana is to become Crown Princess by marrying the Crown Prince at the designated time of marriage. Although Hana is reluctant at first, she ends up marrying Sehun due to her family's financial issues. Hana is initially irritated by her seemingly unemotional husband at first, but gradually falls in love with her ice cold prince. However, their love meets many problems and difficulties and Hana soon finds out that marrying a Prince does not always promises a happily ever after... or does it?
