» How to join
o1. Subscribe, no kidding.
o2. Select desired character.
o3. Fill out form given below.
04. Wait for admins approval.
o5. Make account within 3 days, clean your friends list if you are using recycled account.
o6. Choose team and put "Neon Red/Blue" as your alternative name.
o7. add all of admins and wait until they accept and add you to groups.

02. Read all the rules, yada yada *Nagging mode* xD
03. Be active! I mean this shiz, Don`t reserve a character and be inactive...just leave.. -_- seriously.
04. No double accounts are allowed. Be one and only yourself.
05. Fights and ic dramas are allowed, see...? I only said IC, not OCC! also OC characters are NOT allowed, well yet that is..
06. Choose your team wisely, there are only two for now, Red and Blue, Leader of red team is Akashi Seujiro and Leader of blue team is Meh Yato.
07. All ualities are allowed but, try to stay straight as possible.
08. This is an AU semi literate roleplay so, you wont have any powers that your character possesses in amine. However! there will be tournaments in which you will be able to fight with whatever power you would like, but NO god modding!
09. Manga characters are allowed if character has colorful pictures and not only b&w ones.
10. Game characters are not allowed, just sayin...
11. Do not add outsiders.
12. Moving couples are allowed, dating ban is a week.
13. is allowed only if both sides agree, pregnancy is semi allowed, Pass is Link of your favorite AMV (anime music video).
