“Hey Sungyeol, didn’t you told us before that you will be the one to propose to Kim Myungsoo once you see him? What happened to that bet now?”

Sungyeol looks at Woohyun, who happens to be his newly engaged Best friend to the smartest guy of their school, Kim Sunggyu. Though they’re on their adulthood now. That day, the two announces their engagement after all the ups and downs the couple had. He’s happy for his friend, but the fact that he’s now the only one single to their bunch of popular guys is a not so good reality.

“Well, punk, I haven’t seen Kim Myungsoo yet. So how could I do that?”

Kim Myungsoo is his one and only. His first love. His first crush. But fate didn’t bring them together so his high school and college life ended up like that. The last thing he heard from the younger was he flew all the way to Germany before he could even graduate in Korea and continue his studies there. That was the last thing he heard about his first love.

“Well, you can do that now…” Woohyun smirks and he lift up his right hand as if calling for someone who just came. He was about to turn around to see for himself but he was dumbfounded.

Kim Myungsoo… it’s KIM MYUNGSOO?! Oh my God, it’s really him!

“Hi… I’m Kim Myungsoo—“ Myungsoo turned to him, worry all over his handsome face.

Well, he’s choking. Who wouldn’t be?

Everyone around their table panics as Sungyeol gets redder and redder every second passed.

“Oh my God, SUNGYEOL IS CHOKING!”

Sunggyu was about to help the taller out, but Myungsoo was near to his side and he went closer to Sungyeol who was watching his every move as he choked on his food. Myungsoo went to his back and Woohyun amusedly looked at the younger.

“What are you doing?”

Myungsoo smiles as he hugs Sungyeol from his back and gave his stomach a pressure. “Heimlich Maneuver.”

And with one swift movement, there goes a flying squid from Sungyeol’s mouth landing in front of Woohyun who looked at it disgustingly.

Sungyeol looks behind him, ready to die and to be down by the world, but even the world can’t be at help that moment as Myungsoo smiles at him.

“You okay?”

And before everyone knows it, Sungyeol’s world turns around and collapsed. Right there, in Myungsoo’s arm that genuinely caught him.

“OH MY GOD! LET’S CALL AN AMBULANCE!”

“No, Gyu, my Love… let me call a Priest.”
