Baking Blues
Description
Taeyeon is an ordinary baker working in the main branch of a chain of bakeries owned by none other than her friend/enemy back in high school. She loves baking, and has a deep passion for coming up with various kinds of cakes or pastries; a sweet treat never failed to make a person smile after all. She loved making people smile, especially when their smiles made her smile too.
Yuri was just an architect (or so Taeyeon thought) who had been coming to the bakery Taeyeon worked at everyday after Taeyeon caught her eye. She tried countless times to get Taeyeon's number and court the latter, but the baker never gave her a second look.
One fateful event changes everything.

Inspired by Taeyeon's latest baking inspirations! She's a total nut job who's amazingly cute, who in the world bakes a brain cake? XD
Foreword
“How may I help you?” Taeyeon smiled, bowing briefly at the two customers sitting in front of her with shocked faces, “is there something wrong with the cake?”
“Woah! You can bake at this age?” Yuri gasped, scanning the middle school look-alike in the baker uniform in front of her, “I didn’t know you could start out this young.”
A rather dim expression suddenly donned itself on Taeyeon and she glared at Tiffany, knowing that the latter probably hid that fact on purpose. She knew it wasn't the customer's fault - peeking at the A4 sized notebook on the table, she knew her name was Yuri - but was it really necessary to be so honest? Usually, being mistaken for a younger person was fine but not when the difference between the age was almost 10 years.
“Yes. I can bake at this age.”
Yuri shuddered at the tone the baker was using and she knew she had already stepped on the woman's toes unintentionally. She was used to speaking her mind that it never occured to her that her honesty might offend some people. She was about to apologize when Taeyeon sat right beside her, grabbing the cake.
“Well, is there a problem with my cake or not?” Taeyeon asked in slight annoyance, “because I came up with this creation with blood, sweat and tears so do criticise me if necessary but if not, then I suggest you make the best out of the cake.”
