Description

"I can kill you in a blink of an eye. Do you still want to be with me?"

Jangmi had always thought her life was hard until she accidentally witnessed a presidential candidate putting a bullet through someone's head. The next thing she knew, a flock of gangsters wanted her dead, and her life turned out to be harder than she would ever imagine.

At the same time, a secret intelligence agency which had made a team of four agents - a hacker, a CEO, a racer, and a bodyguard - that was working on the candidate's background check finally found a way to prevent selecting the wrong person to be the next president of South Korea. And they needed Jangmi alive to do that.

So, the four young men were assigned to be her knights to keep her safe.

Foreword

She took a step closer towards him, closing the distance between them.

"Please. Don't," he said quietly, widening the gap again as he stepped back. His voice was barely audible and she thought she could hear sadness in it.

Gulping back a lump in , she managed to let out a weak whisper, her tears threatening to fall. "Why?"

He let out a shaky breath before continuing, "I can kill you in a blink of an eye. Do you still want to be with me?"

It's hard for her not to burst out crying. She knew what he's implying. He wanted her to say no. He was pushing her away.

But, she's not giving up.

"Yes," she answered. And she'd never been more certain.

English is not my first language, so I'm sorry for any grammar mistakes and limited vocabulary.

Chapter 11: I'm not action lover but this story change my opinion and I can't help but love it so much!! I love the plot, the storyline, the character of each cast is really living the story and the way you describe things, i love it. It's feel like i watch movie. And that innocent romance too.. Baekhyun and jangmi,,, goshh they're too sweet for me to handle. I can't wait for next awesome chapter~ (I'm seriously curious about kyungsoo. He's not here just to be the shy boy right?) ☺

Chapter 11: Wow loving this plot. The overall premise of living with four strangers is a little bit like that K-Drama from last year, but the gang/secret agent/political element makes it totally fresh and palatable. You have a skill in writing action sequences. Thanks for your hard work thus far and I will look forward to any future updates :)
