Foreword

An Exo one shot where Kim Jongin, during the summer of 1961 writes anonymous letters to the beautiful boy he sees painting every evening at the beach. Set in the present Baekhyun finds these letters in a wooden box inside a cave near the beach and lets himself slowly fall in love with Chanyeol's voice as he reads them to him.

Chapter 1: I hope Jongin and Kyungsoo will find their happy ending together, oh my feels are all over the place but the only I can do is just breathe slowly without knowing how to deal with heartbreak.
"He knew that he came here because he found a bunch of love letters and Chanyeol was the closest thing to love that he has ever experienced." I don't know why but this part made me hella emotional OTL

Chapter 1: When am I going to stop crying? It's been a while now, and just when I think it's slowing down and I blow my nose and just breathe, it starts back up. I love the blend of politics and art and fresh love. It hurts so much.
