KEY
Key grew up as a boy with almost everything a kid would want. He was the first child of the Kim family, who runs a successful international business line across the world. His parents were more career focused though, especially his father. His father, just like him, doesnt express much feelings or say much. He looks cold on the outside and maybe cold in the inside too. His mother was more loving however couldnt find time to nurture and take care of kibummie. Key was nurtured by his grandparents since he was born. His grandpa passed away because of cancer when he was two, so Key basically received much love only from his grandma. To sum up, his life was more or less laid out to him.. with a secret that only he and grandma knows.

ONEW
Onew is Key's younger brother,a year younger. Onew is the type of guy in the family to break the silence during dinner time. He was more outspoken and cheerful compared to Key. Onew lived life with a motto "Live life to its fullest!" . Being in NK university, he is very active in school activities like performing arts or sport. Not the academic stuff though. Its very seldom to see him upset and unhappy about anything. He is just full of positivity. Unlike Key, Onew finds it difficult to cope academically. Key, on the other hand, often scores for the highest grade possible.They were two opposites trying to find a common ground. However, since they are brothers, they share about almost everything and anything having heart to heart talks at night. Well that is cause they both knew something not many would know. 

JESSICA
Jessica, same age as Onew, grew up in an environment similar to the Kim family. She studies in NK university. She lived in a big mansion, have two maids, have a driving license, have the money but deep down, she's lonely. She doesn't talk much about her family. It all looks good on the outside but inside, its a different story. She wasnt the stuck up girl in school. She is a girl who scored average grades. She sits in class beside Onew. Although the two have different characters, when it comes to schoolwork, they are always there to help one another. Jessica and Onew were only known to be good friends or maybe just good classmates. She goes to school and goes back home. 

NICOLE

Nicole is a bubbly, cheerful and bright girl. She is naughty at times but she is just the sweetest friend anyone can have. Being a year younger than Key and both studying in NK university, their friendship was quite unique. She live a simple life, with her parents and an annoying 9year old younger brother. However, her life wasnt that easy. Her family struggles financially though but she have her ways of putting aside her family problems and just living her life happily. Her character is just like Onew, as if nothing can erase that cheerful smile on her face...as if nothing can dampened her spirits down. Well, not until she discovered a secret..

SEUNGYEON
Seungyeon is just a girl trying to find her true self. Her pretty face portrayed herself as a good girl in school. but as the saying goes, looks can be deceiving. Jinwoon and Seungyeon were always seen together in NK university. Seungyeon didnt really like being friends with Jinwoon though. They always end up argueing somehow. Seungyeon,just like Jessica, doesnt talk much about her family. She came from a poor family though. She often feels ashamed talking about her family especially her father who has been in and out of prison. Because of that, she grew up with deep-hatred towards men. Sometimes, Seungyeon wish her life was better. Sometimes, she wish she was someone better ..not like her father.
 

JINWOON

Jinwoon lived with an average family, with his parents and two elder sisters. However, he was pampered since young. He always refuse to listen. He had anger management problems at times. He was quite the big flirt, every girl's heartbreaker. He never had a serious relationship ever. He and Seungyeon often go out at late nights and get drunk. They both just regard each other as drinking friends though, nothing more, nothing less. Living with the two sisters, he thought maybe he understood woman better. But no, Jinwoon just finds women sickening and difficult to please. Maybe he was probably just someone searching for true love.
