Lim Sae-mi, a sixteen years old student dreams of becoming a trainee at the top three entertainment industry in Korea, SM Trainee. She is not what you imagine her to be-- for a short person, she is kinda.. overweight. However her dreams were crushed as she was shown by reality what their beauty standards really are. She was about to give up her dreams when an invitation to join SM Pre-Trainee Programme was sent to her house after rescuing a mysterious man on the day she auditioned.
Foreword
Firstly, I would like to thank my past self for imagining the first part of the story. This story does not start off like this tbh. The scratch idea of the story began since last year. It started as a girl that has D.o’s voice; the disappearence of D.o made EXO didn’t make their come back anymore. This girl became their hope to make EXO successful again, so SM decided to put her in a pre-trainee programme.
Yeah.... and in the story, tons of nonsense stuff were planned to be in the story.
Recently, I watched an anime called GTO (Great Teacher Onizuka) and it was love at first sight. It became my favourite instantly. The story.. the plot caught my attention.
Idk if I am inspired by the anime though (to change the main character). I love the anime as it shows the reality, shows what people really like, not that typical school life anime.
In real life, nobody treats you like what we see and expects in a story.
Happy ending doesn't exist of course.
From that, I decided to put the essence of reality inside this fanfic.
I don’t want it to be typical. I want it affect your mind, and make you realize about the real deal of an idol’s real life.
Not that I want to hate or bash or make them look like bad guy though (there will be a lot of scene and can make you hate them for real lmao) I just want you to see the reality. We’ve been seeing their life in front of cameras, or at the concert, that we were blinded by fake smiles and fake interaction.
I’m sorry if i went overboard with some of the treatment on the story (and accusation that they did this in real life, noooo I don’t think they did that either, but who knows.)
and I don’t want to be called fat shaming; there are people in my fic that will not do that.
just read and enjoy the story as if you were that girl.
