Description

In front of all the lights, cameras and action, they’re two famous faces wearing too much makeup and acting like someone they’re not. Behind the scenes, Kyungsoo just wants to be in Jongin’s arms.

Foreword

this was written for no one dies this time (aka a kaisoo au fest with happy endings) and now that it has ended i can finally share it here. i claimed prompt H52 and this fic is based on ashes and wine by a fine frenzy - it's a really nice song and i recommend playing it while reading the story.

i also recommend reading the fics posted on the website of the fic fest; all of the stories are amazing and there are so many different happy endings for kaisoo.

Chapter 1: That was a long road, I keep on holding my breath while reading and while I wish Kyungsoo would chase after Jongin I also can see how his dilemma and pain holds him back.
Anyway great work, can't wait for more!
