Description
Lee Taemin was a young and rising officer at the 27th Precinct of the Nowon District, Seoul. He and his colleagues were the providers of safety and sanity for the population of 600,000. Taemin had everything ahead of him; a promotion, friends, and meaning. That is until his heart outran his mind and he let his feelings expose him to states of black, blue and blood.
