Ashley Kim (born as Kim Luna) is a well reknowned artist in the United States of America. She rose to fame when she landed a role in the hit series, Oh My Twin! in which she played the lead role back in 2001. She was known for her western like appearance eventhough she was asian. Around 2008 to 2009 the singer-actress disappeared from the industry. Her representatives claimed that she needs to relax because she has been overworking herself. After resting for a year, Ashley returned and filmed the rest of the series and new movies aswell. 

Ashley Kim has then released 10 full albums which sold millions of copies in the day that it has been released.

During the hiatus ofthe actress in 2008, rumors of her pregnancy broke out in america as paparazzis saw the actress' "pregnancy belly". Her representatives has not made any comment regarding the issue until Ashley confirmed it back in 2010 when her daughter turned a year old. Hanbyul Kim, born on the 18th of May, is the daughter of the actress with her secret boyfriend. 

Media outlets has no idea on who the father of her daughter is until 2015 when the actress finally returns home and her boyfriend welcomes her in the airport despite knowing that the media are going to be there to welcome Korea's biggest import in Hollywood.
