Description
In which a girl grudgingly carries out her duties for her village, and gets sent to a prosperous kingdom for unsettling rumours of witchcraft. It seems like the shadows were darker than expected, and she finds her life short-lived if she doesn't do anything about it. Well, putting it simply, Lee Yeon Young had two options. Obey and fear, or run and experience total annihilation.
Lee Yeon Young wasn't the pride of the village, she wasn't anything special. She was pretty good at handling swords and even had pursuers now and then for her pretty face, but then again, there were other women who fitted into this category as well. The only things she ever did — eat, sleep, and scout, were also a mundane routine in her everyday life. Yeon Young couldn't be bothered to improve the village's reputation, although most citizens were eager to build up a great empire. A silly dream for a small village. She just liked how she was and where they were. Largely peaceful, agriculture and food enough for all, and some good friends. Whats to hate?
As she trudges along the road alone, away from the village to the nearby port, she blames her ability to fight and hates how she so easily wields her weapon. How nugatory, she thinks.
Yeon Young changes her mind immediately after she reaches the kingdom of Exorilon.
She had two options. Obey and fear, or run and experience total annihilation.

Foreword
Kingdom of Exorilon
The huge wealthy kingdom of Exorilon was lead to its success by the late King Sooman, and his grandson King Youngmin is now currently governing the kingdom. Everyday, there is joy in every corner of the streets and celebrations are held. The citizens are happy with their lives, but are naively blessed with the ignorance of the presence of black magic. Now, the time has due for the king to pass down his duties to an established prince. He calls over the EXO familia, BTS famila, and many others with a total of 7 families, to make their place in the country and gather the people's support. The ceremony will be held next year, and whoever becomes the next king, gets everything. Wealth, reputation, and a load of power.
Lee Yeon Young (You/OC)
A lazy youngster of the village beside the Exacter Woods, Yeon Young spends half of her day laying in the comfort of the spread of Azalea flowers whilst napping. She has her own sense of justice, and can sometimes come off as a rude brat. She has an immense interest in nothing, and would like to live like a floating, drifting cloud. The village elder often describes her as a lost cause, but can't help but dote on her because her daredevil character and straightforwardness are quite the charm. Overall, Yeon Young maintains her own quirky personality not to please others, but for her own comfort.
EXO
A group of almost-princes from the Exorilon Kingdom, all being lookers that could rival the almighty greek gods. Exo are fighting to be the next in line to the throne, and whilst it seemed that the King favours them, the human King might as well been very vulnerable to the magic that the other contestants manipulated, or the enchantment placed by EXO themselves to be countered. They are seen as playful, but everyone in the palace acknowledges their skills and knowledge to get the throne. EXO seems flawless and is well-received by the palace ladies and the citizens of Exorilon. But, there is much more than what meets the eye.
BTS
They came from a neighbouring block, the Bangaedon City, and although slightly poorer than Exorilon, are rather well-off. Bangaedon City is known for its military power, and the people, strength in fighting. BTS has been trained from young, and are good fighters, in addition to their fountain of intelligence, where their thinking skills are sharpened through making battle strategies. Their images are a little cold, and people are a little uncertain whether to approach them or not. But still, they were adonis in the looks department and has come to be adored as the palace's bad boys. Having a strong rivalry with EXO, BTS came for the power, and they aren't backing down, even if they knew what they were.
I'm here again with an EXO fic, inspired by MONSTER, I think (and really, their magical powers). Because prince! and fantasy!aus are bae, so I wrote this. And you know why BTS is in here, you know you love them too. Anyways, let's go on an adventure together and hope you enjoy reading this fic!
