Miyoung stared at the man who loomed like a shadowy giant before her. Soft moonlight filtered through the doorway past him, creating a halo of silvery light that lent him an unearthly glow. She realized very faintly that this was an offense, to stare him in the face so blatantly without even bowing, but she stayed frozen in place, fearful dark eyes filling her pale face. In her defense, she had never seen a god before.
