“Sir are you really sure about this?” Sehun asked once more making the OIC sigh.

“Yes Sehun and I need you to find me one as soon as possible. If Se Young arrives first before I find a girl, it’ll be a shot gun wedding, I’m telling you.” Kim Junmyeon replied making his secretary stare at him, unable to think of anything to say.

“Sehun I know you can find me one, I can’t marry Se Young, it may cause KJM’s fall, you know that.” Junmyeon insisted making the secretary sigh.

“I’ll try my best Sir but I can’t promise. This is going to be hard, I can’t just find a girl that can act as your wife easily. This is not any K-drama, wouldn’t this idea be cliché?” Sehun asked as his boss stood up and his coffee maker.

“I don’t know, I just need this to work, and correction, she’ll not just act but we’ll be married, I can’t risk it. I’d rather be a divorcee after a year or two rather than see KJM fall because of marrying Se Young.” Junmyeon replied.

“Aren’t you afraid to fall for the girl if ever?” it made Junmyeon smirk.

“I’ve thought of that while I was formulating this plan inside my mind, maybe I’ve watched too many dramas while staying with mom and grandma… but who cares, if I fall for her then let it be, if she doesn’t love me back then I just need time to move on from it.” Junmyeon answered.

“I don’t fully agree and support your plan but I think you have planned this out carefully so I’d be doing what you assigned me. I’ll also be giving you the girl’s background information before I let you meet her… that if I find one.” Sehun finally said as he stood up.

“Thank you Sehun, I know I can trust you on this.” Junmyeon said as he watches his secretary exit his office. He weaved a deep breath before pouring coffee on his cup.

“I can’t let them win, not with the plan of having me marry Se Young.” He whispered as he sat on his chair. Moments later his phone rang an alarm telling him he needs to call his grandma who gave left a voice mail when he was in a meeting.

He is Kim Junmyeon, current OIC of KJM Airlines, one of the leading airlines in local and international scene. Currently, one of the biggest investor of the airline is pairing him up with his daughter, Lee Se Young, a carefree woman who’s traveling the world for fun. Junmyeon knows that if the wedding will push through, Mr. Lee, Se Young’s father is going to have a bigger chance of taking over KJM as he knows about the business man’s anomalies but he just can’t find a good evidence to abduct him so in the time being, he can’t let himself be controlled by him. Thus, making him decide to try out one of the cliché-est plot of a K-drama and that is to find a make-pretend wife. In that case, Mr. Lee will stop pushing Se Young to him and at the same time, the other board members will stop pestering him in going on dates with their daughters as they know him as a fine bachelor, someone who can take good care of their daughter in the future and Junmyeon hates that idea.

“Eunji thank you for today! My sons are improving in English and are acing their English and literature exams, all thanks to you.” Mrs. Im said as she got hold of Eunji’s hands to show gratitude.

“It’s part of my job Mrs. Im, I am glad to see them excel with my help.” Eunji replied with a soft smile to the elder.

“Take this, I know this is not much but I know it can help you out.” Mrs. Im inserted some bill between Eunji’s hands making her eyes widen.

“But Mrs. Im-“

“Consider that as a tip, I know you need it Eunji.” Mrs. Im insisted as she let go of Eunji’s hand. It made the tutor smile as she looks at the additional bills on her hands, even how much the amount is, it is of big help for someone like her.

“Thank you so much Mrs. Im.” Eunji bowed several times. She’s thankful that this lady hired her to be her two sons’ English and literature tutor, sometimes, even math tutor.

Eunji skips as she walks out of the Im’s residence. She then checked her watch, she got 30 minutes to her next job so she needs to hurry.

“Boss I’m here!” Eunji rushed inside the employee’s room as she removes her bag and shoved it inside her locker.

“As usual, five minutes late.” Her manager said which made her roll her eyes as she wore her apron.

“It’s Friday, we’re expecting a lot of students tonight since it’s also exams week in the universities so ready yourself.” The manager said and he just walked out leaving Eunji finishing her get up with her hairnet and name tag.

“He should seriously look for a girlfriend soon. Too grumpy.” She hissed as she got out of the employee’s room to start her night shift in Sweetened Taste.

“Good evening, welcome to Sweetened Taste!” she greets the costumers, as true as to what they were expecting, students kept on entering the coffee shop as it is known for its good ambiance, very good place for people who wants peace and concentration.

Eunji’s been going around getting and giving orders and it’s past 9pm, her shift ends by 12 midnight, 3 more hours.

“Here’s your mocha frappe, goodluck in studying.” Eunji serves the frappe with a smile making the student smile back.

“Thank you, accounting is going to be the death of me.” The student murmured which didn’t pass Eunji’s ears.

“Why? Are you a business student?”

“Yeah, you see I kept on balancing this thing but it just won’t work out. I need this for practice.” The student replied as he frustratingly pointed at his paper.

“Can I see?” Eunji asked as she takes a peek on his paper.

“Why don’t you check the assets and go on with your other current assets and intangible assets?” Eunji asked as she studies the paper.

“Huh?” that confused the student making Eunji laugh.

“Just check it and I’ll be back on working. Call me if you balanced it okay? Goodluck!” Eunji then walked out leaving the student stares at his paper again.

“Eunji I’m going to the toilet, can you come over here first?” the cashier called her as she subbed on the counter.

Eunji was busy checking on the list when someone cleared his throat making her raise her head to see one of their regular customers.

“Good evening Mr. Oh, what can I do for you?” Eunji playfully asked making the secretary laugh.

“I’ll order the usual, is my spot available?” Sehun asked as he looks for his spot.

“Manager placed the reserve label so it is, you called earlier?” Eunji replied as she patched in his order.

“Yeah, I need some time to think.” Sehun replied as he hands his card to Eunji.

“Work load?”

“Yeah, some stuffs.” Sehun replied.

“Okay then Mr. Oh, whatever is that, I know Sweetened Taste is the right place to sort your thoughts out. Your order will be delivered in a bit.” Eunji smiled as she handed him his receipt.

“Miss! Miss! I got it! I got it!” one student suddenly shouted as Eunji was passing by making the others look at him as Eunji hushed him making him say sorry.

“You didn’t have to shout you know.” Eunji said as she reached the boy’s table.

“I’m sorry, I was just too excited! You’re right! I checked it and realized I had some miscalculation and copied the wrong data, I can’t believe this. Thank you.” the student excitedly showed his paper to her as she laughs and patted his shoulder.

“You just have to be accurate when it comes to these stuffs, make sure you don’t miss a single dot or zero, it can cause a one whole problem.” Eunji advised as the student nods. She then excused herself when she heard a voice call her.

“Eunji!”

“Yes Mr. Oh?” Sehun’s table was just beside the student’s table so he was able to hear the conversation.

“You’re tutoring even during your barista hours?” Sehun asked making Eunji roll her eyes.

“I was just helping the kid, what do you need?” Eunji talks naturally to this guy as he has been a regular customer even before she started working on the coffee shop and she found out that the boy knows all the employees and is a good friend of the manager so she got comfortable talking to the man as well.

“Nothing, I was just curious… and, are you still working with five jobs a day? Have you confirmed if you’re a human or a robot? Want me to bring you to the hospital for checkup?” Sehun playfully asked as Eunji rolled her eyes again.

“I’m still a human and I don’t need a checkup… but how did you know I have five jobs? I thought I only told you I work as a tutor and barista?” Eunji replied making Sehun smirk.

“Five jobs was actually a guess but I think what escaped my mouth is right, how’s that?” Sehun took a sip of his drink as Eunji made face.

“You’re wasting my time, I need to get back to work and earn every cent that I can, so excuse me.” Eunji replied as she turns around and head back to the counter as Sehun just looked at her. He knows that the girl is in need of so much money, if only he can lend her some, he surely would but he knows that the last thing the girl is holding on is her pride so he chose not to. Eunji’s nice and he wants to help her… only if he could.

Sehun’s eyes suddenly widen as he looked up and scanned for Eunji inside the counter as he realized something.

“She’s decent, she’s pretty, she’s smart… and I can imagine her perfectly for Mr. Kim!” Sehun whispered as a satisfied smirk formed in his lips. If he can hire Eunji… then job’s going to be a little bit easier… that if the woman agrees with the desperate call of his boss.
