Chapter 4: hi! im saddened to hear what you're going thru right now... you don't have to feel pressured abt writing an update when you don't have any motivation to do it, you can take as much time as you want :) what's important now is you well being
maybe it's time to reawaken your old habits that made you happy before which you've somewhat neglected? or distract yourself with stuff that surely lift up your mood... your condition isnt a joke and im sorry that people around you aren't being serious abt it... we can't do anything abt that but you can do something personally... im not sure how self help would be but maybe you can try that? read materials abt overcoming such, talk to other people abt it... you can get over this!!! FIGHTING!
Chapter 4: I'm so sorry to hear about your condition right now.. Don't worry about the story, your recovery is much more important. And your health. I know the feelings all too well and I hope you will stay strong, because even when you dont feel like living another day, there is always a chance that one day, you'll find something, to bring you out slowly out of your hole of depression. /hugs you tightly/ You can do this!! I believe in you! Take care of yourself, eat your meals :), and sleep sufficiently. Maybe try and pick up a hobby, I know your interest in things are at its lowest during depression but trying wont harm you. And, it's something I always say, dont ever self harm. It is not the way or the solution, ever. It might look appealing to you then but later on in life and you look back on it, was it really? I hope you can stay strong and battle this depression well, its never easy I know, and I hope you can remember that we're glad you are alive~
