❥ WHAT IS MARVELOUS?

Originally, Marvelous was  created in 2015 and was inspired by 2012 roleplays however, it did not try to achieve to be a 2012 roleplay. The entire premise was to create a warm and friendly place where people could practice their writing and English skills through roleplaying an idol. It was also meant to be a place where you could see accurate portrayals of idols through roleplaying or at least see people's efforts evident when speaking to them. Character and being in character was the huge factor in the making of this roleplay and everything still holds true today. 

❥ A MESSAGE FROM HEAD ADMIN TAEYEON

Hello, I'm the founder and head admin Taeyeon, if you were originally a member of Marvelous you would know me as Jessica. After closing down Marvelous I joined other roleplays and even tried opening some of my own. Yet, as nice as some of the roleplays I joined were, I noticed that being in character for the most of the time people were on was really rare..A lot of people tend to mix their ic and ooc lives together and it easily shows  sometimes. I had urges to roleplay, write and develop intricate storyline and bonds between members but it seemed like this could not really happen anywhere but in a para roleplay. I'm not a para roleplayer however, I do like doing para but I prefer detailed scipt so I decided to re-open Marvelous and try to achieve something nice. Don't get me wrong, Marvelous was not a perfect place and held many flaws when it came to keeping the theme/premise. I do believe that this place can at least temporarily achieve this goal set and even if it doesn't completely do that, at least partial completion is okay. 

I do want to open up this place but I am busy from time to time so I would not be able to solely handle the entire place by myself. Therefore, I am looking for three admins to help me run the place. I am going to be selective in who I choose to be admin, and this is not to be rude or anything, I'm sure all of you are lovely people but I really want to have dedicated and active admins to help because I really want to see this place succeed. 


❥ ADMIN SEARCH PROCESS 

There is going to be a process of how this admin search goes. I want to make this clear first however, IT IS NOT FIRST COME FIRST SERVE.  With that said, I will be inserting an application you must fill out after this part and submit it via comment on this thread. Again, I will not be choosing the first applicants, I will be choosing the ones who I think I will work well with and will put just as much heart into this place as I will. Applications can be submitted up until May 26 11:59 pm GMT-8 time (California timezone). I will announce the chosen admins the next day at the best time possible so stay subscribed to this thread if you wish to be informed of the update. Subscribing is optional however. 

 As I said I will choose best candidates but please don't be discouraged about applying, even if you don't think you'll make it you never know unless you try. I wish the best for everyone applying and do try your best when applying, thank you so much if you do apply or take an interest in joining Marvelous. As of now I will not be accepting regular member applications, just admin applications. Marvelous  Roleplay will be opened a day or two after the admins are announced and the main thread will be linked to this one. Thank you again!

Reason why you want to be admin: 
Do you have any previous admin experience? 
-> If so, then please write which roleplays you have admined before.
How active can you be? If you have a job or any after school activities that busy your schedule then please write this in. 
What are your skills? Can you do graphics, coding, or can you add people quickly, you're talkative, anything goes here. 
If you are selected, who would you like to be? (Even if someone applies with the same idol write them down anyway, you never know who I will choose. We only allow k-pop idols, korean actors and some models as of now so anyone in those categories goes except for Taeyeon.) P.s. we do not allow internationals or instagrammers. 
Write down three more idols/actors/models in order of who you'd most like to be. (This is in case someone who applied previously had the same first choice.)
