Welcome to Caeruleus University! Our goal is to make our campus a safe and fun place for our students to connect, study, and make the memories of a lifetime with their fellow peers. Sometimes life, school, and work can get difficult but here at Caeruleus we strive to ensure that no student feels excluded or left behind.
One thing that sets our school apart from the rest is that it is a safe haven for the unique students of the world who are gifted in unusual ways. Our school offers a safe and judgement free place for students with powers to meet others like themselves and hone their skills in a safe enviornment and accepting environment. Here at Caeruleus, no one is turned away for being different.

— Once you're in the roleplay, you will be expected to create a bio for your character using FB notes. It doesn't have to be anything long or fancy and you can look at the Admins' bios for inspiration. You will have a week to complete this and it will serve as your first, personal activity check.
GENERAL RULES
RULE 01: Subscribe to the thread of the roleplay. Upvotes are optional, but much appreciated.
RULE 02: All genders and ualities are allowed, but each member must have been in the roleplay for at least one week before entering a relationship.
RULE 03: No face chasing or God modding please! Socialize!
RULE 04: Moving couples are allowed, but please add that to your application here on the thread and be sure to socialize with others.
RULE 05: Up to two accounts per person, but make sure the admins are aware. Always inform an admin of multiple accounts, switching characters, going on hiatus, OOC drama, leaving the roleplay, or if you are a moving couple. OOC drama is unfortunately just a part of life, but do try to remain friendly, open-minded, and respectful of people's boundaries. Do try to keep it to a minimum but if you have any issues, please contact an admin. We want to maintain a happy, stress-free environment.
RULE 06: Use brackets or parenthesis when speaking out of character. **Password: What is your pet peeve?**
RULE 07: Please notify an admin through Facebook or AFF if your account has been sec-checked or disabled.
RULE 08: This is a Semi- roleplay! While may be brought up casually (in conversation) outside of the group, if it’s graphic or descriptive in any way, be sure to keep it within the group or PMs..
RULE 09: You must add all of the admins, including the Base Account, but we will add you to each group, as they are secret.
RULE 10: Once you are accepted into the roleplay, you will have a week to create a bio for your character using Facebook Notes. Extra time will be given if requested. It doesn’t have to be anything fancy, but it will serve as your first, personal activity check. If it has not been completed or you have not communicated with an admin about a deadline extention, you will be removed for inactivity. I will later post examples here on AFF but until then you can refer to the admins' FB accounts.
CHARACTER CREATION RULES
RULE 01: If choosing major powers for your character, there is a limit of two powers per character. Anything that can actively alter you or another person (including anything along the lines of teleportation, telekenesis, pyrokenesis, mind reading/manipulation, etc.) will fall in this category.
RULE 02: The exception to that is when choosing a supernatural or hybrid character. In this case you can have multiple minor powers along with one to two major powers.
An example being a vampire. Minor, class related powers (like an active effect that isn't used for combat or defense) would include exceptional night vision while a major power (active/combat/defense) would include invisibility, telekenesis, mind control.
RULE 03: Basically... your character can't be indestructible, impossible to defeat, or overpowered. If you do happen to pick a character with a particularly incredible ability, take the time to consider a possible weakness(es) as well! An example of this could be: If your character can absorb powers, he/she can only use that power for a limited time or can only use one at a time. Keep the playing field level.
We won't be too picky with the powers since we don't want to limit anyones imagination or creativity so long as it's within reason.
EXAMPLES
Active Effect: Incredible vision/hearing/etc., thermal vision, disease resistance, increased stanima/pain tolerance, aquatic respiration, echolocation, etc.
Powers: Teleportation, Telekenesis, Pyrokenesis, Mind reading/manipluation, Time travel, Shapeshifting, Cloning, Healing, Sonic Scream, etc.
