The next day..
*Gyuri's POV*
Hmmmm.... "Why does this feel so warm?" I thought to myself. I opened my eyes slowly and saw no one. "Last night was probably a dream! Kim Jonghyun was a lie, so is the ring." I talked to myself.
"You sure?" I heard someone talked. That startled me.
"Who are you?"
"Last night wasn't even 12 hours ago and you've forgetten me?"
Suddenly, I felt my hand being touched and a ring was flying. The ring was inserted to my finger. Slowly, I saw Jonghyun. "AAAAAAAAHHH. Last night wasn't a dream?!" I screamed.
"Ughh. Do you have to scream each time you see me?"
I kicked him off the bed and he fell. Surprised this 'ghost' can fall when being kicked. I stretched and look at my phone for the time. "AAAAAAAAAAAH. I'M DEAD. IT'S FREAKING 7.25AM. SCHOOL'S STARTING AT 8. WHO THE HECK OFF MY ALARM CLOCK?!" I screamed.
I rushed out of bed and got ready for school. I definitely can see whether anyone had turned off my alarm or not! It wasn't on my notification that it rang earlier!
*Jonghyun's POV*
"WHO THE HECK OFF MY ALARM CLOCK?!" She screamed. Well, I have a confession.. It was me..
/An hour ago/
"Where did you go? Oh oh oh oh~ Where did you go? Oh oh oh oh~" her alarm rang on her cellphone. It was getting annoying. I'M SLEEPING! Yes, I do sleep. Is there something wrong?
I decided to off her alarm and sleep again. Let's just get more sleep. Before that, LET'S HUG EACH OTHER. I'm sure she's sleeping to deeply to realise what I did.
*Gyuri's POV*
I ran all the way to school and saw Yonghwa, one of the student leaders closing the gate. "ahh, Yonghwa, I'm sorry that I'm late. Can you please open the door?" I tried begging him but to no avail. Just my luck.
I waited outside like a fool, hoping that Yonghwa would change his mind about letting me in but no, he's adamant on his decision. Gaaaah. Suddenly, a brilliant idea came to my mind.
I went to another side of school and tried jumping in but... my legs are a little too short to climb. I should have heeded mum's advice and jump everyday back then. I heard someone giggled later on. I turned and saw Jonghyun.
"Yah, stop laughing! Help me in!" I yelled at him.
"What do I get if I help you?"
"Why are you talking about benefits now? I texted Minyoung and she told me that teacher hasn't arrived. Help me, please? I can't be late for class!"
"Who's Minyoung? Dude, what has it got to do with me if you're late?"
"I'm sure earlier on, the alarm incident, it has something to do with you, right?"
"Nope."
"Liar. Ahh, no time to talk to you. What do you want?"
"Me? They nicknamed me as the King Of Skinship... So, I want your....."
"YAH, WHY ARE YOU SO PERVY?"
"What? I was about to say hug, who's pervy now?"
Ahhh. That was embarrassing.
"Okay. Help me now and I'll grant your wish(as if)."
"Close your eyes and stretch out your hand." I closed my eyes and stretched out my hand like he instructed me to. Suddenly I felt him holding my hand and my feet, doesn't feel as if its touching the ground but it felt as if I'm floating in the air.
Wait, what? I opened my eyes slowly and was shocked to see I'm flying. I'M FLYING. "YAHYAHYAH, KIM JONGHYUN, WHAT ARE WE DOING NOW?!" I shouted at him.
"shh, just point to me where's your class and you're done." he whispered to me. I pointed to him my class and we flew there. "Why didn't you tell me that you can fly?" I asked.
"No big deal. Hurry. I saw a teacher coming up. I guess you wouldn't want to be late so, hurry." he said. Ahh yeah, Mrs Lee's coming up. I better hurry up.
I ran in and felt lucky, everyone's still doing their own business and nobody really noticed me coming in late. I heaved a sigh of relief and sat down. "So, can I have a hug now?" I heard a voice talking to me.
I turned to my left side and saw Jonghyun. I can't scream. They'll get suspicious. "What are you doing here?" I whispered.
"Don't worry. They can't see me, neither can they touch me."
"what? Get out!!" I was practically shouting without realising it that I earned stares from everywhere. "Gyuri, are you alright? Who were you talking to?" Jay asked.
I shook my head and looked down, embarrassed. Time flies, it's lunch break now.
I went and find us a seat while Minyoung buys some food for us. "There's still a class later, I'm so tired." I mumbled to myself.
"Hug? Now?" that irritating voice again.
"No. No. No. I won't hug you. I won't now or even tonight!"
"Yeah? You broke your promise!"
"I didn't even promise you!"
"You did. Sure you won't regret?"
"I won't. Get lost now. I want to eat!"
*Minyoung's POV*
What did Gyuri just did? She.. talked to herself? I walked towards our seat and asked her, "By any chance, were you talking to yourself?" She looked shocked upon hearing my question. What's wrong?
*Your POV*
What should I say? Should I tell her everything? She'll think I'm crazy. "Ah, it's nothing. Really." my lips formed a smile as I said that. We started to eat and went off to class.
*Jonghyun's POV*
So you won't give me a hug huh? Fine. Park Gyuri, you're so dead. Nobody tricks Kim Jonghyun.
