Jung Taekwoon is a simple peasent doing chores for his stepmother and his two stepbrothers ever since his father had passed away. His shy and cowardly behaviour was due to the lion nagging and shouting at him for no reason. Luck is on his side as the children, Jaehwan and Sanghyuk were unlike her, kind and willing to protect him whenever in need although sometimes they had to pretend to be like her.

Cha Hakyeon,however, is a prince from the same kingdom as Taekwoon. He suffers from amnesia since he was a child due to an accident but he gains back his memory except for one,which he must not find out. He does not wish to love anybody but his parents are forcing him to, so they let him a decision to see how he wants to meet the person in his dreams.
