Kangin and his friends nod and leave the place to head town and look for the required medicine. Night time arrives; Jean is shocked to see his parents’ paintings and other valuable items – looks at Tonette for sort of explanation which the latter willingly explains. After knowing what had happened, hugs Tonette tightly and expresses deep gratitude for the latter’s effort which Tonette wholeheartedly accepts, smiles and kisses him on the forehead. She allows him to subside his feeling for half an hour and informs him of her plans for tomorrow. Hearing all of these though shocked, his mind and soul give in without a doubt.
Comes the following day, the usual habits of the two goatherds seem to disappear and replace by knocks and soft calling however calls not for Jean but for Tonette. Jean upon hearing those makes his face squirm in disgust however chooses to ignore; and goes to Tonette to wake her up - by kissing her forehead, nose and lips. Tonette opens her eyes smiling invites Jean to lay down beside her which the other objects but instead asks her to lead her eyes and ears at the door. Tonette too scrunches her face in disgust but laugh silently.
As part of the plan, Tonette goes out to welcome the brothers who are so happy thus the three head the Manor for the breakfast invitation. Inside the Manor, the whole family is now gathered on the table – Kangin goes out to serve the breakfast, sees Tonette and signals the latter that everything is according to plan. Tonette bows for acknowledgement – deals with the requests of nonsensical talks with them. After a while the entire family starts to feel woozy and in less than five minutes – dozes off to dreamland.
Everyone moves according to their respective job in the plan. Kangin bought the tickets a day before the trip and now they are all heading towards the airport. Kangin and his friends brought the wooden chest box hidden from Jean’s sight while Tonette with her, is Jean’s birthright insignia. Everyone is silent except for Jean who is so excited and overjoyed as he had never experienced traveling far from home until now. Tonette watches him in delight but anxious as to whether the latter might get mad at her for keeping him in the dark. She prays that everything will turn out well.
After eight hours of air travel, the plane has now landed - on a place familiar to Tonette, soon as they get off – the latter makes a call. Soon after, six limousine cars appear which make the four guys astounded – what more surprising is when guards in illustrious uniforms go out from the five cars – welcoming them and bowing to them especially to Tonette respectively. Of course, the four guys know except for Jean so that the latter is so confused but maintains control not to make a fool of himself. Tonette together with the rest enter the third parked limousine and orders the chauffeur to stop at an exclusive couture shop owned by the Pillards’ family.
Tonette requests for everyone to change their clothes into a more presentable ones. The latter gasps in awe upon seeing Jean wearing a Tom Ford formal tuxedo topped with a trench coat – smiling she walks toward Jean and kisses him on the cheek – much to the surprise of Jean as well.
The surprised Jean does not raise a single word though feeling nauseated with everything that is happening chooses to play along with what is going on. All he feels right now is that – he is emancipated from sadness and frustrations thereby replaced by happiness and excitement. However, a still sense intrigue triggers his curiosity on Tonette as a whole thus in his mind he asks, “who could she be?”
