Dinner Time…
Kibum and Minho – Minnie and Kibummie
With the Entire Family

At the dining table, having almost the whole family gathered for the very first time makes Kibum extremely happy and elated, everyone is having a grand time discussing about the two day event full of enthusiasm and anticipation.

Kibum hardly speaks at the dinner, and most of his efforts are going to the direction of purely observing and enjoying each and everyone’s facial expressions and listening to the flow of interesting conversations going on, until he finally turns his face towards Minho, with a surprising look in his face as he unexpectedly never realizes that the other is observing him unexpectedly as well. Minho who could hardly contain his amusement of surprising Kibum says…

“Bummie…
what a delight to see you surprisingly like this…
I just caught you by surprise doing exactly I was doing…”
 

“(sighs) Aaiisshh… Minnie…
you were having a grand time watching me,
weren’t you…?”
 

“(whispers to Kibum) You are so cute…
that I could almost like eat your constant
poking out of your lips …”
 

“Fine…fine… sweetie…are the kids still asleep…?”
 

“(nods) Yeah…
I guess both of them were tired of the trip…
it is also a good thing that they sleep well tonight so for tomorrow;
they will have a lot of energy to enjoy from the various activities
together with us and the whole family…
but only for a day…actually...”
 

“So true, so they can have a good rest before the event…”
 

“Yes… exactly Bummie…
they will be needing a lot of energy for the
whole two-day event and it is not going to be a joke…
I hope they can endure the strenuous activities…”
 

“I think so Sweetie…
I bet for sure they will be very happy…
hhhmm… that reminds me..
I wonder if Onew and Taemin are alright….
Are they still busy with the last minute
changes of some sort...”
 

Minho gets quiet for a moment not showing any indications of an emotional transformation because even if no matter how Kibum has reassured him of his profound love, he is just human that in a spur of a moment can feel a bit of insecurity especially once caught off guard. Minho thinks he can quickly and successfully maneuver his condition but fails noticeably in Kibum’s eyes…

“Sweetie… are you hurting…?”
 

“Just a little but it is also good to go along
with it rather than being always in the state of denial…
Is that alright…?”

Kibum soothes Minho’s unguarded moment by and giving the latter gentle back massages continuously showing comfort and support…

“I understand… hhmm…
sweetie, I want to let you know that I will talk
to Taeminnie anytime this week…
I have to…
(looks at Minho) are you alright with that..?”
 

“(smiles and squeezes Kibum’s right hand and whispers)
I love you more than my life Bummie…
and whatever that’s happening to me is just
one of those things I need to deal with it for
loving a person that is wonderful and huge…”
 

“(lips on Minho’s ear and whispers while kisses it)
Love you too so much…”

Minho shudders at the very instant Kibum’s lips touches his ear that he lowers both of his hands under the table and grabs Kibum’s thigh which the latter chuckles in delight  saying…

“You alright…sweetie…?”
 

“We are eating…
honey and infront of everyone…
and thank you for making me feel alright …
you are so good at making me feel crazy inside out…”

Kibum simply smiles playing with the fork in his hand while acting cute at the same time that Minho could only laugh and pinch the other’s thigh under the table and says…

“Stop it already… I get it… I get it…”
 

Kibum winks at Minho and dips the fork to a slice of meat and feeds it comfortably in the latter’s mouth…

While Kibum and Minho are busy having conversations with each other at the end side corner of the long straight dining table; Onew and Taemin are also seated at the other side end corner along the line with Kibum and Minho, are also busy having their own discussions. With Onew’s help, Taemin has been able to manage facing his brother with Kibum and the fact that he could not see them directly and his parents facing them also helps him stay solidly confident the entire time.

“Tay… we need to sleep early cause
tomorrow we still have a lot finishing
touches to do and I don’t want to see you so
physically and mentally exhausted during
the two day main event…”
 

“(smiles and nods) Yes… Boss Onee…
thank you for your great concern… “

 

Sooyoung:       So where are the two of you heading after dinner…?
                        Do you plan to go to the other island after this…?

Taemin:           (nods) yes… Mom…
                        Onew and I have still a lot of things to check every now and then.
                        You know how I can be very meticulous on things that I do…          

Leeteuk:          (grins) Taeminnie…
                        Kibummie speaks highly of you as well as your
                        Aunt Jessica and Uncle Heechul…
                        and I believe Mr. Owen as well…
                        and they are really looking forward to your creation…

Sooyoung:       I do not expect you to do better than what we did on
                        Kibum’s birthday but you see… deep inside…
                        am getting the kick of it wondering what if…you know...
                        that would be great and I do not mind if you do that…

Onew:             (gapes and takes a deep breath)
                       Auntie Soo and Uncle Leeteuk, Taemin is so amazing…
                       I don’t even have words to describe how his creative mind works…
                       It is just so  magnificent and please look forward to it
                       because it is going to be worth it…
                       Guests will surely gonna love it as well as
                       Minnie and Kibummie…

Sooyoung:       Whoaaa…
                        (left hand on her heart) my heart is pounding… yeah…
                         we definitely will look forward to it…
