The Location

The location of the event is going to be on a titivated at a fascinating place called MiKi Islands, an island within an island. A used to be crude untouched in a form of a round shape island - like a raw diamond which in itself is already majestically outstanding, and furthered with Kibum’s architectural expertise together with other experts working with him; they were able to designed and developed the place into a self -sufficient place or a city in itself which would be a perfect peaceful place to live.
 

It is one of the many islands that Kibum owns under the main called Spring Islands and it is located on the farthest coastal area of France. It takes fifteen minute of travel by boat and an hour by land from the mainland to reach Miki islands and an hour travel by air and three days travel by land from the city of Paris. The total area is approximately equivalent to 6,500 hectares or 15,600 plus acres.
 

Miki Island is in the shapes of the following;

The  External Island
(the outer part is facing toward the direction going to the mainland)

Is shaped like an elongated Crescent Moon or like Horseshoe; wherein at both ends’ sizes begin from small ones and going to the middle area or center is vast or large – land size is 4,000 hectares. The whole expanse is divided into eight huge clusters wherein each cluster has residential houses, hotels, restaurants, small to huge (like malls) retail outlets, universities, churches, recreational facilities, hospitals, and etc – in itself a city in a cluster.

Around the Center Island
is the surrounding water with total size of 400 hectares – suitable for appropriate swimming activities while deep down is a man-made aquarium.

The Center or the Middle Island

Is shaped like a coral reef specifically a Hexacoral Polyps, which has six tentancles.
The Base part of the hexacoral polyp coral reef shape is where two huge modern-type Manors are built – one for Minnie and the other for Kibummie.
From the base is a hundred feet wide Road Bridge with distance of five kilometers to the main six tentacles. Above the Road Bridge of about 200 feet height is a monorail transit exlcusive for use by the owners of the two manors.

At the Center of it connecting all tentacles is a huge major showground – if not used covered like a dome but if used to hold activities can be designed according to the planned theme.

The Six Major Tentacles consist of each tentacles being a cluster that in itself is a city that is self-sufficient.

The Food and Beverages and Venue Decorations…

Food and Drinks are classified into two types of arrangements and these are; for kids and for adults.
 

Taemin has planned and arranged what type of cuisines will be prepared i.e., according to the type of visitors attending – a list provided to him by Onew which Taemin and his team immediately checked one by one hence gathering in groups what type of cuisine visitors like. They did not have a hard time as Kibum celarly specified what type of food each person or group would prefer.
 

Taemin will also handle design and decorations of the venue with the help of Onew.
 

Logistics, Transportation and Accommodation
Committee: Teayang and Onew

Taeyang will be assigned to handle all visitors’ transportation and accommodation. Same like Kim Kibum’s 16^th birthday, all visitors will be transported via Kibum’s own airlines around the world and housed in the numbers of seven stars themed hotels and delicately designed villas.
 

Kibum has decided to particularly emplace all invitees to a family-styled accommodation as it is expected that most of the invitees will be bringing their children with them while for the other invited guests without kids will be accommodated differently.
 

Onew is incharge of the planning and control of the flow of goods and materials needed for the event. He and Taemin are the ones working closely together as the latter needs Onew’s help to facilitate his tasks.
 

Entertainment, Program Preparations and Outfits
Committee: Jonghyun and Minho

Jonghyun and Minho’s responsibilities are also enormously huge. Jonghyun handling the outfit designs of all performers for the two night events including the attires to be worn by Minnie and Kibummie as well as the parents and extended families of Minho and Kibum.
 

While Minho, will be handling the entertainment part of the entire four day stays of the invitees as well as implementation of managing the preparation of the program flow prepared by Yuri for the two main events.

Two Nights before the Visitors’ Arrival

Onew and Taemin

“Tay… Time to eat…”

The worried sick Onew with a tray of food he just prepared decides to wake up the sleeping for almost two day straight flat tired from all the two week preparation of the two-night event, Taemin. He walks infront of Taemin’s sleeping face and kneels down to get a better look at the latter’s condition. Onew however concerned at Taemin’s form, smiles seeing the latter’s eyes slightly closed and lips partly opened; gets a portion of marinated fried beef and positions it gently near Taemin’s nose.
 

Onew chuckles getting an immediate response from Taemin when the latter reflexively sticks his tongue out to get a better taste of the food but Onew pulls it away quickly then as soon as Taemin’s lips closes; he puts it back again however this time; he pushes it a bit forward having the meat hitting Taemin’s lips causing for the latter to opens his eyes in shock and after several seconds, is able to get back and be fully awake.
 

"Onee...hi...
(yawning)..aaahh...i am sorry...
i must have slept the whole day...."

 

Taemin yawning heavily and pretty much still disoriented with the surroundings, he smiles and gladly embraces Onew like a pillow.
 

"oooppsss... I have food in my hand.
You wanna bite...?"

 

In such an endearing way, Onew asks Taemin and pretty much so happy that he could like shout out loud how glad he is that his patience is slowly but surely paying off. He puts his hands around Taemin's back and his right hand lovingly the other's back.
 

"hhmm...food?! wha...wait...!
You cooked...?"

 

Taemin pulls out from his embrace looking stunned eyes blinking rapidly then squints as if judging the person infront him.
 

Onew:             (grinning) Of course, I did. I know a thing or two.
                       I can cook you know.
                       I used to be living alone too like you do.
                       You think I was living in my Mom's house...

                       (fakes sadness) aaawww... that is so mean...
                       you are  breaking my heart...

Taemin:           (giggling) Am just joking...
                        (hugs Onew again) but thank you really you are so sweet...
                        (releases his embrace) I think I was able to re-energize
                        myself from sleeping the whole day...

 

"hi hi...ha..ha.."
 

Onew trying to control his laughter, covers his lips and muffles the laughter.
 

Taemin:           Onee...
                       (lips pouting) aaiii... why are you laughing...? 
                       Am i laughable now..?

Onew:             (chuckling) No...of course not...but the condition is...

Taemin:           (anxiously replied) What do you mean NO...?
                        but the condition...?

Onew:             (beaming) Taeminnie... you slept for two straight days...

Taemin:           (gasps) Did I...?

Onew:             (nodding) Yes... you did...
                       I would even check how are you doing from time to time...

Taemin beams widely and sighs in relief saying...

"So... that is why i feel so rejuvenated...
(puts both of his hands on Onew's shoulders smiling)
hhhmmm...
am glad... and by the way...
i like how my name sounds called by you...too..."
 

Onew:             (looks at Taemin) Would you like me to call you
                      Taeminnie...?

Taemin:           (thinks) hhhmmm... but i like Ttaaaiiiii....

Onew:             (chuckles) fine...TTttaaaaiiii....

Taemin:           (poking Onew) I am looking forward when you are mad at
                        me and you will call me like in the verge of expelling waste
                        out of your body...

Onew:             (sighs) Aassshh... Taeminnie...
                       of all the available description... why to excrete...

Taemin:           (laughing his head off) Just kidding...
                        by the way, when are the visitors coming in...?

Onew:             Two days from tomorrow...

Taemin:           (sighs a relief) Ooohh...
                        thanks goodness at least we can take a rest....
                        and that we are done...

Onew:             (shaking his head) I never knew this is how huge to
                       prepare a Kim’s celebration...
                       it is tough and tedious but exciting...

Taemin:           (nods) well...
                        Minnie and Kibummie’s celebration beats Key’s birthday...

                        (gasps) but still it was so exhilarating and beautiful...
                        we were left speechless...
                        Auntie Jessie and Uncle Heechul together with my parents
                        really did well preparing the event...

Onew:             hhhmmm... I can smell a competition here...

Taemin:           (grins) Perhaps... a bit... I want to prove to them...
                        my worth...you know...

Onew:             (shrugs off shoulder) Hhhmm...
                        I think they know it already from the time you worked as a
                        part timer...
                       They have already noticed how hardworking and good
                       you were and still is...

Taemin:           (smiles and hugs Onew) Thank you....for the swift
                        movement of materials... as well as Mr. Taeyang...

Onew:             (nods) Mr. Taeyang is really something...
                       no wonder Kibum-ssi respects and trusts him so much...

Taemin:           aaawww.... Onew... you are too...
                        Key speaks highly of you...
                        He tells me that you are a very responsible and
                        reliable person...
                        and that is why I no longer wonder why he has levelled you
                        with Mr.Taeyang and Ms. Joonie...
                        Key’s praises of you...I keep on hearing that regularly...

Onew:             (brightens up) Really...?
                       Kibum-ssi talks like that of me...

Taemin:           (nods) yap...yap...

Onew:             (puts his hand on his chest and puffs)
                       Thanks a lot...now that is an inspiration...
                        I thought he was just forced to give this opportunity to work
                        for him cause of my Mom...

Taemin:           (raises both eyebrows wondering)
                        Why...
                        What about your Mom...?

Onew:             Mom was one of Kibum’s teachers in one of the
                       Medical Fields – Medicine.
                       My Mom is an expert in some areas of specialization
                       and these includes; Internal Medicine, Obstetrics,
                       Gynecology and Orthopedics.

                      And according to my Mom, Kibum-ssi is a par excellance
                      student – what she had learned in so many years took only
                      a year for Kibum to master all the fields she is practising.
                      Kibum also knows some other aspect of the Medical Fields 
                      such as; Dentistry, Podiatry, Optometry...etc...
 

Taemin:           (gasps) Do not tell me Veterinary Medicine...as well..?

Onew:             (chuckles clapping his hand) Oh...
                       Kibum’s for dogs...
                       including Veterinary Medicine – which is a piece of cake for him.
                       My Mom was invited once during Kibum’s practical
                       examination – it think Kibum was only 13 years of age...

Taemin:           (gasps) That young..?

Onew:             (nods) He was already a master in several medical fields...

Taemin:           (face and jaw dropped at the same time)
                        WHAT..!!!
                        How come we never knew about what he was doing...
                        I mean Key was studying together with us...in high school!
                        I mean apart from helping Mr. Owen and his parent’s business...

                        (covers his lips) Whoaa... Key is awesome...

Onew:             (grins) Yeah...
                       (poking his eyes) hhhmmm...
                       I am excited about Minnie and Kibummie...
                       who are more intelligent than Kibum-ssi by 25% i think...

Taemin:           (pulls Onew’s hand) Onee...
                        I feel dizzy just thinking about it...
                        now... come lie with me...okay...so we can talk the whole day...

                        (stomachs grumbles) ooopppss... nature’s call...

Onew:             (nods) Yeah...I think we need to eat first...
                       before anything else...
                       you’ve been like snow white for two days...

Taemin:           (pushes Onew) Aaiishssshhhaa...
                        Silly Onee...Fine let’s eat...
