Meanwhile Inside the Kim’s Manor

Joonie has finally awakened; eyes intuitively searches for Bummie but with no sight of him – panic sets in – blaming herself in overlooking her responsibility by falling asleep. To be honest, she does not consider her involvement of taking care of Bummie as an obligation cos she dearly loves Bummie just like she loves Jessica like a sister. Silly as it may sound she even considers the idea of acting like a second mother to Bummie – she really treasures Bummie so much.

Joonie:      Bummie!! Bummie!! Where are you?? Bummie, please... (Shouting at the top of her lungs, she calls for 
                  Bummie) Bummmiiiieee!! (Dang it, I forgot to put a locator). (She thinks and says) Ok – he is definitely just a
                 small kid with small steps – he could not have walked so far. My dear bummie – where are you? (While
                 walking she hears – a lullaby song)

                Oh dear, that is Bummie (and listening and trailing the source of the sound – she reaches the gate – making
                sure she hears the source of it, opens the gate and calls out for Bummie)
                 Bummie, dear, are you here?? Bummie?

Over at Minnie while Joonie is searching - eager though shy to approach but does anyway - is almost near Bummie, then makes a cough-like sound.

Minnie:       Aahhrrm…uurhm

Bummie:    (Gazes upward but blinded by the sun does not see Minnie’s face well but replies anyway) Hi, am B-ummie
                  – how arl you? Am two pwoint fife yeerth oldt. Am lockedt awtchidt you thee? Andt you, wath your name?

Joonie:       Bummie? Bummie!

Bummie:    (turns his head to see Joonie, shouts) Mith Joonie!!…yehheyyy…Tank goodneth! you foundt mee… Am tho
                  fery fery happee… (runs to Joonie, who opens her arms running to catch Bummie)

Just as Minnie is going to reply Ms. Joonie comes hurriedly, crying - embraces Bummie

Minnie:       Am Min…nie…?? (Remain standing at the same time being under the entrance moment – does not move)

Joonie:       Bummie!!!! Oh my dear… whatever did you do that you ended down here ha? Dear oh dear... I am so
                  dreadfully worried – am sorry – I fell asleep, am really sorry dearest, ok?

Bummie:    Is okie, Mith Joonie, is okie – am okie – see?? Don’t cly? You found me becoth I sing – beuttiful, no?

Joonie:      Yes…Oh, yes – oh my, you have a very beautiful recognizable voice Bummie and thanks goodness for your
                  voice that I easily found you. Now dear, let’s go back (without knowing Minnie is just around – carries
                  Bummie on their way back). (Giggling) Look, what happened to your face? Have you been playing with the
                  flowers?

Bummie:    (Trying to set a bit free from Miss Joonie’s embrace – looks back at Minnie then waves goodbye) Waytt Mith
                  Joonie, wayyt. Bye, bye!! You – der – thhee you!!

Minnie:      (Astounded that he remembers but so sad at the same time for not having a chance to meet and talk to each
                  other, utters) Am am am Min…..nie….!! (Hears the gate closes – disappointed, sighs and goes back to their 
                  house)
 
 

So Minnie goes back to their house heads down and feeling sad…

Inside Choi’s Mini-Mansion

Leeteuk:    (worriedly curious as to what his son has been doing) Minnie, where have you been?

Minnie:      Daddee, I chee a butiful girr.. beri pwetty daddee.. beri pweettyy.. Ummie ish her naeim.

Leeteuk:    Oh, really? Where?

Minnie:       (Sing-song manner responses) Yesh – yesh daddee..

Sooyoung:  Oh, hi Minnie – had a nice time?

Minnie:        Yesh, Mommy – I chee a butiful girr – bery pwetty.. chee ish very cute andt beri good voish. I want to play
                   wid her but chee was taken awaey by her mommee.

Sooyoung:  ooh..sorry minnie dear that you didn’t get a chance to know each other.

Sooyoung:   (Shocked and utters) Ha? (Sees Leeteuk and asks) Honey, what is he talking about – a very pretty girl?

Leeteuk:      Silly kid, he said he just saw a beautiful girl across the road.

Sooyoung:   Are you sure it is a girl and we know who lives across our road - is The Kim’s only child – who is a boy –
                    well very pretty for a boy in fact! (laughs)

Leeteuk:      Yes, I know hon – your other sister. Perhaps, she may be a relative or something.

Sooyoung:   Yap – what to doubt honey, Jessica is beautiful and Heechul has a pretty face for a man – tell me you don’t
                    recognize that – so that mix them, whoalla - then blessed with a very pretty only child for a son. A relative?
                    Perhaps?

Leeteuk:      Oh I see, but Honey you are very beautiful too – Minnie is not pretty bad as well and Taetae too. Never 
                    underestimate our children – they are gorgeous as heaven, you see!!

Sooyoung:   Gosh darn it Honey, lucky that kid when he grows up – that kid never knows how lucky he is for such great 
                    parents like Heechul and Jessica.

Leeteuk:      Oh don’t be ridiculous Hon, I think it is the other way around – they are blessed for having a beautiful child
                    as you say.

Sooyoung:   ha ha – of course sweetie, thanks I know – am blessed by two little angels as well plus you my dearest
                    husband. Oh, where’s taetae?

Leeteuk:      Hon? I am hungry.

Sooyoung:   Ok, I will ask the helpers to help me prepare lunch. What do you want for lunch?

Leeteuk:      Seokhwa gui and Bulgogi sound temptingly delicious – my dear…

                    probably finished and just playing with water again – like bath tub swimming??

Meanwhile, inside Minnie’s bathroom – he’s in deep thinking mode of how he will find a way to meet little Bummie again. He really hopes he meets the mistaken for a girl – Bummie – then, he says.
