So they continue with their shopping; in one shop while Kibum is busy checking merchandises, Taeyang and Taemin talk…

Taemin:           Mr. Taeyang, Key hyung is definitely having a lot of fun, don’t you think? Look at these
                        people after giving him strange spiteful look then all of a sudden – the table is turned – he
                        leaves them with their jaws are hanging astounded… 

Taeyang:         (chuckles) to be honest, It is pretty rare I have seen Sir Kibum enjoying himself just like
                        now and I am very happy to see him like that… Sir Kibum…good grief… is honest to
                        goodness a really good person… I am really so happy that I am having this chance to be
                        with him and work under him... 

Taemin:           (nods) yeah…  Mr. Taeyang? 

Taeyang:         (looks at Taemin) yes Taemin, what is it? 

Taemin:           How deep is the relationship between Key and my brother? 

Taeyang:         (smiling as to the sense of his question) Oh him and Minho…? 

Taemin:           (nods and sighs) yeah…. 

Taeyang:         (exhales loudly) well let me put it this way… they have known each other for almost
                        fourteen years already that they have become so naturally well-comfortable with each
                        other. Though I can still feel that Minho is still struggling on how to act in front of Sir
                        Kibum’s presence, on the other hand, Sir Kibum has remained considerate or
                        understanding of his conditions and a very good friend to him… 

Taemin:           (mutters) hhmmm if that is so, have you noticed how my brother treats Key – as if he is
                        inlove with him? 

Taeyang:         (chuckles) aahh… oh… yeah since they were kids… let me tell you… Minho earnestly
                        confessed to me how he loves Sir Kibum not as a friend but someone who is inlove with…
                        adoringly and passionately… (looks at Taemin) why do you ask? 

Taemin:           (breathes in deeply) so saying that, is it alright for me to express that I am also in love with
                        him… (holds his chest)... 

Taeyang:         (chuckles) I noticed it already … 

Taemin:           (gasps) oh so that’s how obvious I have been… 

Taeyang:         (laughs) yeah… but I hope that for the both of you I mean – you and Minho; I can do
                        something about it… coz honestly when it comes to the term love, Sir Kibum manner of
                        expressing it, is totally different from what we generally expect... His understanding and
                        expression of love is pure - universal and as to the common expression of falling in love
                        exclusively for someone... (sighs) Sir Kibum, in my opinion... might be let's see... I have
                        never met someone like him uncommonly enormously brilliant in anything yet classically
                        quite so dim as regards to falling in love... aahhh....

                        A very good example of....density to a higher degree...  (smiles)

Taemin:           (takes a deep breath) I think Mr. Taeyang, it is better for someone extraordinary like Key
                        to be dense as a fog... it frees him to that certain path through that confusing jungle... For
                        me, being with Key is already my happiness and I do not though I wish it would happen -
                        we really do not know whether he has the inclination to you know........ towards this type of
                        relationship... so I am fine with being just with him...

Taeyang:          (surprised hearing Taemin's point of view) nice one... Taemin... but let me tell you too
                        that girls and guys are lining up just to meet him… and for girls, even his grandfather’s and
                        parents’ friends and these families want to meet Kibum and openly or voluntarily would like
                        their daughter to be matched with him… 

Taemin:           (looks at Taeyang) does key know about all of these? 

Taeyang:         I don’t know coz I have always been with Sir Kibum every single hour of a day and I have
                        not seen or heard from him about any of these so I presumed he is not aware of all these...
                        And as for his grandfather and parents, I believe they don’t like to discuss this matter with
                        Kibum… 

Taemin:           (suddenly looks at Taeyang) oh…. Mr. Taeyang? 

Taeyang:         Yes Taemin? 

Taemin:           Did you know that Aunt Jessica and Uncle Heechul know that we are inlove with Kibum –
                        we kind of confessed first we told our parents and I guess my parents informed Auntie and
                        Uncle… 

Taeyang:         (gasps) oh do they… wow… that’s interesting… so what was their reaction? 

Taemin:           (smiles) They were so cool about it…you know Mr. Taeyang… Auntie and Uncle are really
                        really nice people… 

Taeyang:         (chuckles) oh yeah… good for the both of you then… but what I am really interested to
                        know in the end is… 

Taemin:           (looks at Taeyang) what is it? 

Taeyang:         (points at Kibum) If he finds out, what would his reaction be? 

Taemin:           (sighs) yeah… and the saddest part is – he will leave soon and we will part ways… this is
                        really sad… 

Taeyang:         why don’t you guys tell him then… before it is too late… it is not like you are asking for him
                        to decide – just let him know how you feel... I think is a good thing… 

Taemin:           (sighs) easy for you to say Mr. Taeyang… 

Taeyang:         Look imagine yourself in Minho’s shoes – he has been enduring his secret love for Kibum
                        all these years… and still up to now does not have the courage to express it… in your part,
                        I am thinking you character is a lot different from Minho – you are earnest and 
                        straightforward… I would suggest you let him know… and hope for the best that Minho
                        does it too... 

Taemin:           (sighs) Alright Mr. Taeyang… I hope Key won’t get mad at us… 

Taeyang:         (chuckles) Oh don’t worry Taemin, Minho and you are not alone in the same gender to
                        admire Kibum – there are so many guys who like him and even send letters of admiration
                        towards him… and he did not say anything rude nor despise them… therefore… what I am
                        thinking is that – your case might be the same or different and we can only find this out if 
                        only… both of you as I have said do your part…

Taemin:           Thanks Mr. Taeyang (panics) ooh… he’s on his way here… 

Taeyang:         (nods) yeah… 

Kibum:             (smiling) Mr. Taeyang… I think I bought a lot of things… 

Taemin:           (gasps) hhhm Key….  Looks like we have 50 bags plus 40 boxes and those (pointing at the
                        corner of the counter)…? 

Kibum:             (gives a satisfying smile) yeah… it feels really good… you know, shopping…. 

Taemin:           (sighs) Look to me Key... this is like you are buying the whole shop… 

Kibum:             (gasps at Taemin) of course not…. Silly just having fun…(looks at Taemin) so Tae what is
                        your request? 

Taemin:           (blushes) hhhmmm… 

Kibum:             (hugs Taemin) aaww you are so cute…. You are never like this… (kisses his forehead)…
                        let me think…. Aahhh after dinner tonight perhaps we can go for a stroll along downtown
                        Paris, what do you think? 

Taemin:           (stutters and look at the smiling Taeyang) hhmm… I - I think tha-that would be nice… 

Kibum:             (looks at Taeyang and says) Mr. Taeyang, I believe we need to go back coz there’s a lot of
                        cooking to be done… 

Taeyang:         Yes, Sir Kibum… I have called for a wider vehicle to have all of these be
                        accommodated… 

Kibum:             (gasps) Ohh… thank you Mr. Taeyang…(then holds Taemn’s hand) Taemin, let’s go (calls
                        a shop assistant) … Kindly help us bring and load all of these to the vehicle outside…

When they arrived home, later in the afternoon, all those waiting for them to arrive were so shocked to see the hotel staffs parading the stuffs Kibum bought.

Jessica:           Sweetie… hhmmm quite a plenty …. I believe you sort of splurge? 

Sooyoung:       (gulps) yeah…Bummie… for what are all of these? 

Heechul:          I’d be guessing… he has been itching to shop for the longest time and you are lucky (looks
                        at Taemin) that we have this cooking session today otherwise you could have experienced
                        what it is to shop with Bummie here… ask Taeyang over there…he’d probably say – his
                        worst nightmare… 

Leeteuk:          Come on… Hee-ssi looks like you are exaggerating things… 

Heechul:          (shakes his head) uh-uh… I am not kidding… 

Kibum:             (chuckles) aaiishh Mom and Dad…what you are saying is so embarrassing … I am just 
                        having fun…  (goes to the piled up shopped stack) and these are for all of you…
                        (beamingly smiles)... 

Jessica:           (smiles) whoa… gosh sweetie…that is so thoughtful of you… thank you so much… but
                        wait why do they look color coded?... 

Kibum:             (giggles) Of course Mom… so I won’t get confused… Peach for Mom, Pink for Auntie, Blue
                        for Dad, Brown for Uncle, Green for Minnie, Red for Taeminnie, White for Papa, Black for
                        Mr. Taeyang, Orange for Ms. Joonie, Gray for Mr. Kikwang and hmmm… oh… I forgot to
                        buy for the Ki, I mean granny and dranny….probably next time… 

Sooyoung:       (whispers to Jessica) ***sis, what’s he saying granny and dranny?*** 

Jessica:           (giggles and replies) oh… nothing just a codenames of endearment … 

Sooyoung:       oohh… 

Leeteuk:          Kibum… wow… you even bought presents to Mr. Kikwang…so nice of you… 

Kibum:             Thanks Uncle…but I think we need to start cooking, don’t you think so Daddy, Uncle and
                        Taemin?
